We contacted Safe Junk Removal last minute to clear out trash from our apartment after packing up for a move. He gave us a great price and was able to pick up the junk in about half an hour from contacting him. He was friendly and very professional. Had an appointment scheduled for 11am. No one never called me back. No one text me or anything. Will never refer anyone to this place. Can’t understand how they got 5 stars… terrible business. He can reply to reviews but not calls or messages. It seems I’m not the first person who has gone thru this.

Lorenzo and his team were hired to do a shed demolition and removal of a good bit of debris left behind by previous owners of our home. They were communicative and dedicated throughout the whole process, which took a couple of days due to weather conditions, and they provided the most competitive quote of all of the companies we spoke with.
