Rude ass blonde woman at the counter. Wouldn't honor the two for $4.75 small drinks so I wanted to switch them out for a better deal, two for $5, bigger cans. Even brought the tag to her just continue to have an attitude.

I was racially profiled as a black man while entering this store by cashier. Do not!!! I repeat do not get any gas from this place. I was racially profiled and was I told I stole a water that I brought in the store that I was drinking while walking in the store to only use the bathroom. I never been racially profiled before like this, very hurt !! This store and the owner/ cashier needs to be reported. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS SHELL TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE

The new manager is the BOMB!!! On 9-6-2023, I got my emissions done by the rudest, surliest kid I have ever come across. If you hate your job THAT much, just quit and give someone else who may appreciate a job more.

I live close by to this emission station , it takes 30 min per car to get the emissions, the guy seems like he doesn't know what he is doing , take his cellphone to Google something to be able to understand what's going on, 30 min per car this is insane, first and last time I came here to get my emission..

Been coming to this Shell for a minute. It's in the opposite direction from my house but I go out of my way to come here because my Jeep likes the gas better here. Other gas stations makes my Jeep stutter. Today the lady inside radioed out to let me know I had a tail light out. Headed straight to the AutoZone down the street. Thanks so much Shell Angel you saved me a ticket!
