So the other night, unfortunately, I broke down at this gas station. It was late at night and I asked the employees if I could leave the van there. They said it was absolutely fine and they were very understanding of my situation. I got permission to leave my van there. The next day, I called and told them I was having a hard time finding someone to tow the van without charging an arm and a leg. They said it was fine, that it wasn't bothering anyone, well the next day I go over there to get the van, they towed it!!! The manager which is an older lady was pretty rude about it, wouldn't even let me talk and explain how I was giving permission and was told that they would let their manager know so they don't end up towing it. All she said was that it's too late now, not caring or knowing that I'm struggling financially. Now it's 275 dollar tow fee to get it out and another 250 to get it towed home. The tow yard is in Athens, and I live in Dacula. so now at my expense of their miscommunication between the employees and manager, it's costing me over 500 I don't have, on top of that, the van still needs repairs. I kept in touch with them, asked for permission and all just for the manager to tow it. The van was out of the way not blocking or bothering away one which bothers me the most that they would tow it after I was given permission to leave it their.

If I could do 0 stars I would. They steal and I’m going to follow up and reporting them to who every is in charge. Management is a joke I had a problem with my items being rung wrong and because it was time to go she refused to stay and help. Then the pple running it are like I don’t know what to tell you even though it says that price it is actually 1 over priced in the system so you can pay it or not. No that’s not the listed price. Beware of your spending.

Doesn’t follow the GA state law allowing the use of digital ID. It’s good enough for state patrol and TSA at the airport but not the shell gas station. Place is a joke.

Best breakfast biscuits. I had to call the gas station after leaving the store to inquire about why it was so good. Homemade every morning, in store.

Tried to do a split payment with cash and card. The guy working tonight said its against company policy. I've done split payments multiple times... this guy was lazy and didn't want to do it. This used to be my go to gas station however, I will drive past it to go to somewhere that has actual customer service. Avoid this place!

Bad customer service. Doesn’t want to take coin, no signs up that say that. Gas is higher than surrounding stations.

The men's restroom needs hot water, holy water and bleach taken to the floors walls and all!! Disgusting! The staff are always on their phones, never friendly.

First and for most I'm a courier for AJC and I stopped in this store periodically and have never seen Katlyn before. And tried to make small talk but she seemed to be scared that I was talking to her. She kept back away from the register. I won't be treated like this anymore by anyone so I won't come here anymore and I'm in the area every day.

Left there five minutes ago, went to the restroom to wash my hands after using gas pump and there was no soap in men's restroom, so yeah I shouldn't have but I went to women's restroom to wash my hands it was a single room with lock, the black woman working the register gave me a cold stare and harshly told me that was the women's bathroom acted like I committed a crime. Ok yeah I shouldn't have gone in there but I'm extremely OCD and wanted to clean my hands, it's not like I went in there and used the bathroom. She was a complete b$tch I will never go back to that shell station again.
