Bye Bye! I’m frustrated and from now on will be using Home Depot. I have spent $6-700.00 per visit and I’ve been there several times. Someone stole my card, and now, I can’t get my refund back cash or put in my account because the card number was different. I have to wait for a check in the mail. I can’t cash the check because I can’t walk for 12 weeks. I’m not trying to change the policy, but since that is the policy I can change where I shop.

The folks at our Dacula Sherwin-Williams store were very helpful and went out of their way to answer all my questions. We were able to find the perfect product that I needed for renewing my sun deck.
We ended up with Super Deck semi-transparent waterborne stain “Banyon brown”. It turned out fantastic!!!

Disappointing service today. Walked in store to a young man counting down the register. I handed him a sample of the color that I needed a gallon of. I walk away so that he could count the money in his register with no distraction. Not even 5 min later another guy (Jacobo) calls me to pay at the register to pay $65 for a gallon of paint that he never even consulted with me for my needs. I asked why he did not speak to me before mixing my paint (that's the service that I previously have gotten at this and many other locations). He made a comment as i left. Felt like a slick way to up-sell a premium paint when I may have paid if the service was stellar.

Fast & efficient service for all of our painting needs, plus they now offer curbside pickup? It seems like they're always running some sort of discount, sale or special & we love the savings! Their color matching service really works & they have great samples & advice?

Very good service from the young men at the Dacula location this afternoon. They appeared busy but took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel confident about taking on my next project.

If you know the name flat/shine of your paint, then walk toward the back/corner and pick your paint tag, then let the staff mix it for you. Do not ask them regarding what you know/don't know, they gonna messed up your order. They have no ideas what so ever going on.

Rushed up there- made it 20 minutes before closing and they had the doors locked lights off. why have store hours if you’re going to do that? Was going to buy paint and couldn’t because he had the registers closed.
