I recently visited Sport Clips with my husband and our son, and I'm very disappointed with the service we received. Both my husband and son got their hair cut, and the experience was far from satisfactory. Our son's hair was butchered and uneven in the front, and despite specifically asking for no product to be used, it was applied anyway. Additionally, they both left with hair all over them. Our son's hair looked better before the cut, and now it’s too short to even fix. My husband's hair looks awful as well. I'm extremely upset about this experience. Despite these issues, Noelle still received a tip, but I'm shocked that she holds the position of assistant manager. This experience was far from what we expected.

This morning, Jamie cut my hair and it’s the best! I’ve already had 2 people say it’s the best it’s looked in months, and i have barely had it done 2 hours. She did the best job ever! I cannot wait to come back and see her again soon! ? ??

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY! One of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received. Extremely overpriced and the stylist didn’t even do what I asked but instead spent the whole time selling hair gel. Asked for the back of my haircut to be square and was rounded. The beard trim gave me bad razor burn (extremely dull trimmer) and wasn't even straight. Again I was ignored by the stylist who instead on how I wanted my beard detailed.
