Bimi is a great Customer Service Rep. She convinced me into getting a 15 pro max and I absolutely love it. If anyone is looking to start their service with T mobile or they just wanna trade in, Bimi is the one to go to.

Great experience ! Jacob is the man you want to talk to ( I'm sure other associates are as great but my only experience was with Jacob). Super nice, professional, and patient. Knows his stuff very well.

The worst customer service. I have a corporate account and I haven't received an invoice for months. I have gone more than three times to get help and they don't solve it. I call 611 and it's the same thing. I am within my right to receive my bill and see that I am being charged. This is an abuse. Never have an account with this company. There are many others that provide better customer service. This is a total scam

Every time I visit this location the experience is very pleasant! The team is very knowledgeable and friendly. The store manager Luearie has a great spirit. This should be anyone's go to location for cellular needs.

The manager at this store worked a miracle for me! I was trying to port my cell from a corporate AT&T account to T-mobile and had logged 22 hrs with 11 AT&T representatives who sent me into AT&T stores 3 times, escalated to my corporate team who had worked with AT&T account management and had no luck. AT&T told me there was no way to go directly to T-Mobile, that I had to open a personal AT&T account first and even doing that they weren’t successful. My corporation gave me their account and PIN number to see if T-Mobile could figure it out and she did- in SECONDS. SO glad I’m not with AT&T!!!!!

Que was sooooooo helpful at this TMobile location. We went to get my mom a new phone and while we waited for the number to transfer he conversed with her the entire time, with a smile. So thankful to have met this young man. Will definitely go to this location for all my TMobile needs.Thanks Que!!!!

Great customer service! They were very nice and quick with helping to fixing my service! I wasn’t aware it was time for me to upgrade, but Ms. Rae was helpful in making sure I understood everything with the updating process.

Rae-Simone and Jacob were unbelievable. We had a negative experience at the T-Mobile location in commerce, Ga the night before visiting the Dacula, Ga location, and man did Rae-Simone and Jacob shine. They couldn’t have been more knowledgeable and helpful during the process. If I ever have an issue or need to upgrade again, I’ll drive the hour to their location to have them handle it. 5 stars all the way.
