Stay away from this location. I placed an Uber Eats order and they got it all wrong. And when I called, the manager could care less. Not worth ever returning or ordering from that location again.

I ordered a hot French vanilla coffee. Nothing fancy. After pulling off and taking a sip, the coffee was a little hotter than room temperature. And the flavoring was bland and pretty much terrible. I will just make my own at home. Not worth the wait in line to get it remade.

This place is busy but they are very friendly and helpful. Even though they were busy, they did not make any mistakes on my order. I was satisfied!! Love the manager, too!

I was visiting my family out of state and I wanted my sister to try the dragon fruit refresher that I love so much. Not only was the drive-thru line ridiculously long but the teens did a terrible job with the drinks. I asked them to remake it with less ice since most of it was ice. They made the same drink again but worse to the point that there were no dragonfruit pieces at all in it and the color was a lighter pink rather than the darker color. I gave up. I’ll enjoy this drink when I go back to Boston. I had to combine the drinks and removed most of the ice so as you can see, on the right, that’s what was left for juice smh

Love this place. Very busy. Huge space inside so easy to find a space to work even ok busy days. I don't like their expensive wifi other than that love it.

Mold in my ice!!!??? After waiting twenty minutes for my drink, then having to go back because I noticed mold in my ice and waiting another fifteen minutes, I was given two $4 gift cards. That’s literally enough for one coffee! The manager wanted to make me another beverage with the same ice that the moldy ice came from. Are you serious? Then the refund she gave me wasn’t even the correct amount. This location won’t be getting my business anymore!

This is the slowest Starbucks I have been to. I waited over 30 minutes for my order. There is only one person actively preparing orders while there are multiple people taking orders. This is totally unacceptable.

There is no universe in which someone should have to wait in the drive-through line for 35 minutes for a coffee beverage. By the time I was able to get to the order window to tell them, I had a mobile pickup ,they had to remake my drink because it had been that long. I couldn't actually get my drink because I had a screaming child in the back of the car because she was so angry about sitting in the car for that long so I had to drive away. It's not the first time I've had a bad experience at the store. One time, I chose to go in and pick up my drink from a mobile order, and no one acknowledged my presents for 24 minutes. I could not get anyone's attention and so I eventually just left again, without a beverage I had paid for already. I will not be returning
