Worst banking experience in my life.I’ve been banking with y’all well over 35 years. You should shut this one down or fire every one and start again. I’ll never come back to this branch this was the second time. There want be a third.

I have almost 6 months coming to this specific one and the bankers always have bad customer service. You can always tell that they're in a bad mood and everytime you ask them something, they roll their eyes at you. Sometimes you may think that they're really busy and stressed but it's always empty. They really ruin your whole day for you. I don't know the person's name but I went today at 16:59.

We had superior quality and highly professional customer service provided by this particular SunTrust branch. The Branch Manager James was particularly attentive in guiding our closing process, and he and his Universal Banker Tara helped us with a checking account situation. We have had multiple instances at this branch especially over the past 10 months where we received exemplary help - including for example when we had an ID theft event. We highly recommend this branch and its staff, and thank SunTrust for them.

Closed for most of the last several weeks, prior to that at least two regular days per month and refuses to update hours to reflect it. Have made five wasted visits. Even ATM does not work. Good service and people when open.

I’m seriously glad that I only use this bank as a holding place for my fun funds because if I had to deal with suntrust on a daily basis I would gouge my eyes out. It’s by far one of the most frustrating banks I have ever had and to top it off the local branch is now not open on Saturdays. So I leave for work before they open and get home after they close and Saturday was my day. They have officially transcended to 100% useless. In addition I have never had that “wow” moment where you feel like the bank did a great job. Most times I leave mumbling smack talk under my breath.

Went to bank with 89year old motherwith dementia. Only wanted one thing, her account turned into an amount that would never charge a fee. Her account was switched and we were promised 0 fees. A couple months later the bank began charging her. They have so far taken 260 dollars. So today we went in saw the same lady who changed the account to never be charged. Asked her to fix things and she told me couldn't, asked her to call someone who could and she began talking down to me and my 89 year old mother with dementia. No help from their customer service either.
