I only gave one star because Google doesn't give me the option to give 0. This is the worst bank in the world. Please don't use them.

The Importance of Excellent Customer Service!
I had been Banking with Chase Bank for over 12 Years. Needed to obtain a Medallion Signature for a Document for my Mother's Estate. Went to the Chase Branch in Flowery Branch to obtain the Medallion Signature. Manager informed me that since the Estate was not associated with Chase Bank, she would not give me the Medallion Signature. I reminded the Manager that I was a Chase Customer and that both my brothers had obtained their Medallion Signatures at their Banks. She still refused to give me the Medallion Signature. Informed the Manager that since I could only obtain a Medallion Signature from a bank, I would have no other choice but to transfer all my money and business to another Bank. Clearly based on her reaction, she seemed to not really care if I moved my money and my business to another Bank.
Since one of my Brothers Banks with Truist and had obtained his Medallion Signature there, I immediately headed to the Truist Branch in Dacula. I met with Ashley Trapp the Bank Manager, opened a Checking, Savings and Credit Card Account with him. Informed him why I was moving Banks and the issues I had with Chase regarding the Medallion Signature. Ashley asked me if I had the Documents to be signed with me, which I did and I asked him if I had to wait until another day to obtain the Medallion Signature. He said no and gave me the signature on the same day! I am glad I have moved my money and my business to Truist and I am looking forward to doing more business with Ashley in the future.

Mr. Vern Gwynn (Vice President Community Financial Wellness Leader) from Truist led us to a lovely Woman, Marilla James-Smikle, who is an incredible person who has had an immense impact on our financial descision. She is intelligent, thoughtful, and hardworking, and Truist is so fortunate to have her on their team.
Her intelligence and friendliness has been one of the most inspiring qualities about her. She is able to think through complex problems and come up with creative solutions. Marilla also have a keen eye for detail and can spot the subtleties in any situation, which makes her perfectly suited for a role of leadership.
Her thoughtfulness is something that we've come to cherish and appreciate. She always has a kind word and a sympathetic ear when needed, and Marilla never hesitates to lend a helping hand. She has an uncanny ability to read people and situations, which has proven invaluable to us.
This individual is truly amazing. She is a model of intelligence, thoughtfulness, and hard work. We are extremely fortunate, and we are so grateful for all of her positive qualities that led to us to bank with Truist!

Jose, and the team at this branch saved me at the last minute. Evening traffic landed me at 5:01, just as they close, for a very important deposit. He saw my desperation of time and made it happen while I waited outside. Moments later all the employees leaving greeted with smiles and waves knowing my appreciation even as they served a customer at the very VERY last minute. Great experience and I couldnāt be more appreciative. Thanks Jose and the Braselton hwy branch team. For providing the customer service me and my business needed today!

We get there at 20 minutes until 1:00. The sign on the door said we close at 1:00. My daughter wanted to open a checking account, but they said they don't have enough time so they can get out of there at 1:00 so they wouldn't do it. So much for good customer service. I can't decide if I'm going to try another bank entirely or just another branch. This branch just a really bad taste in my mouth.

I do not recommend this location at All. They only have one person to assist with Suntrust Customers. I made an appt to wire some money during my lunch hour and I get there and there is an irate customer who had been in the office an 1-1/2 hour already with the only Suntrust representative and another lady had been waiting an hour. I was told I would have to wait until he finished with the current customer and the lady that had been waiting. What is the purpose of appointments and it's hard to believe with all the people on the bank only 1 was available for suntrust customers.
