“I recently had to get my front and back brakes both replaced pretty abruptly. We all know how much of a punch to the gut it is to have to fork over an arm and a leg at the drop of a hat in this economy, but this entire experience with CBA was surprisingly nothing short of pleasant and wonderful! They were incredibly friendly, kind and warm to me. I usually feel very guarded and anxious when dealing with anything car related, especially when I cannot have a man with me to help me understand… not here. I felt comfortable the entire time, they explained everything to me in detail, gave me time and space to decide what I could and couldn’t afford and were upfront with the work that needed to be done // could wait.
Overall, I’m willing to pay a little more if I know I’m going to be treated like a friend instead of a number. I trust their work, their employees and I’m impressed with how far advanced this business is compared to any other car service I’ve ever worked with! “Wow. 10/5 stars very high quality. They are very kind and honest. Went in for a brake job and oil change. Left with only an oil change, as they told me the brakes have good life left, around 50% they are just squeaky. Sitting and waiting I also hear the inner workings of the business. Super nice to everyone that contacted them, educational, and thorough with their work. You can tell they love working on cars. Highly recommend choosing this spot for your car.”
“John and his team are awesome! I to my 2008 Nissan Titan to them based on the outstanding reviews to have my transmission rebuilt (275,000 miles), then several months later had an issue resulting from a leak and my overfilling the transmission. They fixed the issue and went beyond to make sure that I would not have it again. Most say they help with warranty issues, but Hi-Tech truly cares about the customer and does everything they can not only to fix the original problem, but to fix any issues that come up even if it was partially the customer's fault! Joepsh said he can have it towed for same price included in quote.

I hit a small animal with my Audi A4 and it severely damaged the front corner and grill. The parking sensors stopped working (which requires me to take the car to an actual Audi dealership) and it was all dented up. Mo and Byron went above and beyond in not only restoring my car to exactly how it was, but also their customer care. Everything was explained very straightforward and I was given a printed breakdown of the exact estimated costs which left no worries of hidden charges/fees. When I went to pick up my car, I was absolutely amazed to find that they had somehow managed to also get the sensors to work!!! (An additional $600 I would have been charged if I took it to the dealer). Kars Auto didn’t even charge me anything extra for that. Also, they only took 5 days to order new parts and get it all fixed up. Such humble, caring, and trustworthy people. I very rarely write reviews but this one really deserves it. I was blown away!!!”

“I took my Chrysler minivan to the Sugar Hill AAMCO when the transmission started acting wonky. Its a 2001 but only has 97000 miles on it. I was expecting the usual "oh it will cost you 150 bucks for a diagnostic to be done" before the bad news came and i had to sell a kidney to afford the fix. But noooo. The diagnostic was free. I had to wait a couple days ... Very busy shop... And then came the news... Come get your car. We cant fix it. Your transmission control module is bad... Thats a computer that runs the transmission and we dont work on those. You probably need a replacement. So AJ the owner told me to look around for a used one and hopefully I will find one that didn't cost me an arm and a leg and was easy enough to put in. He did say something about it being a plug-and-play type thing generally well I don't know crap about transmissions but I went on YouTube and found a video of a guy who went to a junkyard and found one for 50 bucks. With great detail in the video he gave me the confidence to do it myself but I wasn't going to run around a bunch of junk yards. I found one on eBay for $100 and ordered it. It came a couple days later I jacked up my vehicle peeled off the wheel well plastic cover on the front left side. The old one was there just like the guy in the video said. Three bolts later the replacement was in place. I plugged it in and put everything back in place put the tire on started up the car and drove it all over the place and t ran perfectly. So I want to thank AJ at the Sugar Hill Georgia AAMCO for being honest and for caring about someone who in the end really wasn't a customer. Think about that. I did and realized what a great service he had done for me. I didn't know if there was a core charge possibly involved with that old one or anything so I stopped by to thank him and give him the old one in case he could do something with it. It ended up going in the garbage but a lot of Good will was earned. I would recommend AJ and the Sugar Hill AAMCO to anyone who's got transmission problems. You'll get a fair shake there.”
“Adam and his crew replaced my transmission in my 2007 Lincoln LT truck just a little over a year ago / fantastic job
Just recently we went to Helen on a camping trip , while backing into the site the transmission failed or so we thought.
With no gears at all and no park we just rolled into the spot and blocked the tires
Called Adam and explained what happened , he came to Helen after he closed the shop to try and help . He had to return the next morning with what he needed and was able to correct the problem. A 22 mm but came lose inside and let the linkage come lose
He called in the warranty, ordered the parts
I was able to finish the trip and return home. This man went way above the call and gave us a peice of mind
We will use this transmission shop for all of our needs
We not only found a trusted mechanic but a good friend as well”
