Extremely unprofessional service. Take your business elsewhere. The cashier Kenny refused to tell me the manager's name after telling him his customer service skills needed work ( he was on his phone as he was checking me out). He threw my packages. The other young lady also ignored me and refused to tell me the name of the store manager so I could file a formal complaint.

This UPS Store always delivers for all my printing needs! The store manager, Dipen Patel, was able to print some marketing material for an event with very short notice and he did an exceptional job! I recommend them for all your print jobs and more!

I am not sure why this UPS is so different from the rest of the surrounding locations....But they need to do better. Anytime I use this location, my packages either take ages to get to it's destination or it goes missing. I sent a package off on a Saturday and a 4 days ( Thursday) later it is still in transit and the package is only going to Norcross GA. I can use the Collins Hill location and to send a package to New York and they get it in 2 days. This locations need to do better. and this scenario happens more than enough times. I will not be using this location anymore. If you can take the drive, go to the Collins Hill location to send off your packages. I never had any issue with that location.

TO OWNER- YOU WILL NOT GET AN INQUIRY UNDER MY NAME BECAUSE IT'S THROUGH MY BUSINESS AND I ALSO CALL THE 1 800 NUMBER VS YOUR STORE. BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT YOU DIRECT PEOPLE TO DO.

This location should be open till 7 but I find it often close before their planned hours. Think twice before you come here.. can’t guarantee it’s open during business hours.

So disappointed in this UPS store. I have used this location many times before. Almost every time I have experienced (or witnessed with others) rude disrespectful unhelpful very slow staff who make it appear like you are inconveniencing them by just walking in.
I understand the job maybe stressful and customers challenging but I pride my myself in always trying to be understanding, polite, and patient but today’s experience sent me to this review.
A good customer experience means you greet people as they come in the door hopefully with a smile, pay attention to the order of the line/wait and take care of the customers first (instead of taking care of other tasks or chatting with your coworkers). In this store the customer is always wrong and last. Further the place is generally very untidy and uninviting.
May 21, 2025 Update: tried this store again 3 weeks later. Wow! What an incredible improvement. It’s encouraging to see that feedback is received and noted. Today was greeted by door with an employee with a vacuum who directed me to a counter where I was also greeted and told -it’ll be just a minute to complete this other order. In the mean time…the other employee called me over and said he could help me. That’s how you go from a 1 star to a five star ⭐️.

On Saturday, May 10 I dropped off my disabled sister’s phone which I had been keeping for her while she was in the hospital, and purchased UPS shipping and packaging. The associate assisted me and provided me a receipt. My sister never received her phone. Additionally, the tracking number shows that UPS never received the shipment AND the label wasn’t created until 6:32pm on Monday, May 12!
I followed up this past Saturday, May 17 and asked the associate to see if the package remained in the store. He did a cursory glance around and reported it wasn’t.
What conclusion should I arrive at except that one of the associates in this store has stolen this package?
I was told by this associate that all I could do was call the UPS customer service number. No manager or owner was in the store and the associate didn’t offer to assist me in any way.

I hate to go to this UPS store off of tequila Road in Dacula Georgia. The kids are absolutely rude. You walk in you say hello how are you doing and they do not speak. The only thing they say is this the only package. If they don't like working there, they need to go work somewhere else, but if they work customer service, they need to be friendly and say hello And look you in the eye they don't even look at you.

I stopped by earlier this afternoon to drop off a box and this employee took my box and throw it on the table behind him, gave me the receipt and no words of thank you or any greetings when I entered. This happened to me multiple times and seems to be from the same person. So I have a few things to say, look kid, if you don't like your job then work somewhere else. I'm sure you didn't act like this when you first apply for this job. Learn some customer service skills, it can get you far in life. Learn some manners. Nobody owe you anything.

I went to this store yesterday but I will never make that mistake again. The person who waited on me told me that they will not tape up my package because people were taking advantage of their tape. I told her that I could go get tape to tape up my package but she said she would tape it...this time. I will never go back to this UPS store again because apparently UPS doesn't provide their stores with tape for customers to use when they are returning a package, which is the a service that they offer. I'll wait in the line at the post office instead.
