“I went to this GNC location for the first time ever on my bday 12/15. I was picking up my online order. I was greeted and assisted by Abbas. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very well dressed! He gathered my order timely and politely. He assisted me with a few additional items I needed as well. My experience was 10 out of 10. Thanks to Abbas, I will now be shopping at this location.”
“When I went to return an unused item a week after I purchased it, the store manager talked me into keeping the product,using it and returning it if dissatisfied even after opening it. I never opened it and tried to return it again 37 days after original purchase but 29 days after I first tried to return the product. I was told by the same manager that it could not be returned or exchanged after 30 days regardless of what he originally told me. Don't make the mistake I did of shopping in this store...EVER!

After speaking with corporate and revisting the local shop per their direction, I was able to get a full refund for my original purchase. Thank you.”
