Always incredibly slow in drive thru and rarely has prescriptions available in a timely manner. Very rarely have I ever been able to get my prescription filled the same day my doctor sends it into this pharmacy with significant delays, which fly in the face of being on a medication regiment.

The store manager Kwaku is very unprofessional. He cornered an employee once and made her cry, simply because she got overwhelmed. I don’t know how someone like that is leading people. You can tell he doesn’t like women and had no empathy. Never had his employees backs and was quite honestly a bully. I watched how a supervisor I worked with put in 100% effort to make us feel more like a team, including buying products from her own money to bring into the store to make the store look More welcoming in the employee area and he would discourage it and be mean to her, she was just trying, and I watched how it made this woman crumble for our eyes, she transferred eventually and told me for her mental health she needed to go because of Kwaku.How do you guys have a bully as store manager.

Recently moved to the area and picked up prescriptions through the drive thru. I wish I remembered the gentleman's name who assisted me but he was very nice, patient and showed great customer service. I took away one star because I went inside twice to make a purchase and there was no one up front to ring me out each time but the store was clean and seemed organized

My family has been using Walgreens for over 15 years, but after a move to the area that is served by the Dacula Walgreens, we are moving everything to a different pharmacy completely. They changed my prescription brand without telling me, or my doctor, and now until this is gone (which I can't take because of the difference in fillers) I have to pay almost $100 a month for 3 months, for a prescription that is FREE, because Walgreens told me that the insurance won't cover their screw-up if they order me the original one I take. In the meantime, I have no medication for a serious liver autoimmune issue. It's not the first time in the 8 months we have lived in this area that this particular Walgreens has screwed up, but it will be the last, and is proving harmful. The absolute worst pharmacy!!

Extremely rude and says judgemental unnecessary comments every time I come to pickup MY prescriptions. I work with many healthcare professionals and I’ve been coming here for years and every month when I have to come it’s always an unnecessary side comment from the ladies who work there. Changing now to any other pharmacy immediately I’m tired of it.

Unethical pharmacy practices. Will threaten to not fill medications, even with a physical written script from a licensed medical professional/DDS. Told to go to a pharmacy closer to own home when the patient was staying closest to this location for several days. Considering filing a Board complaint. I also work in medicine and can’t imagine hearing my patient was denied medication because they went to a retail pharmacy location too far away from their own home due to convenience/availability of medication. I’d give 0/5 stars for the pharmacy if I could based only on this pharmacist. The rest of the retail staff at this location has always been great. It’s a shame one person is the toxic piece of the puzzle.

Pharmacy NEVER answers their phone & when they do they quickly put U on hold NEVER COMING BACK!!
