“This organization is such a gem. I wish every community had a place like Community Helping Place. One time a few years ago I couldn't afford a Christmas for my daughter and it was almost Christmas time. I had missed their date for their kid's Christmas charity but I emailed them anyway to see if maybe they had some things left over. They not only provided gifts for my kid but also got presents for me too. And they gave me food to have Christmas dinner. I will never forget that kindness.”
