The owner helped me out when I got a little behind on my payments and people usually don't do things like that anymore. And it meant alot to me and he was just a nice and caring person and understood my situation. Thank you so much!

Giving five stars. Was the easiest rental I've ever got. A little too far out and ended up not keeping but the staff was very pleasant and understanding. They refunded me my full amount in no time. I thank you guys so much and sorry I couldn't use you I'm sure if I needed it in another location... It would be better

We used Full Basement Storage in Dahlonega for 9 months and had no issues. The staff was always very responsive to questions and emails, and billing was very easy.
