“We really enjoyed visiting the lavender farm! We spent some time in one of the gazebos on property eating our lunch and got to explore the shop afterwards! Everyone we chatted with was so kind and helpful and we would absolutely visit again!”
“I absolutely love visiting The Humble Abode!
It’s such a charming store, nestled in the heart of Dahlonega, GA. I love finding hints of vintage home decor, mixed with traditional styles of today. They alway have perfect seasonal gifts as well! The staff are always very helpful and so pleasant to talk to you every time I visit. I can’t wait to return to explore this store for more must haves for my home!❤️”

“This place is amazing!
Everything is handmade or repurposed, the artist are so talented and the front desk clerk is so polite.
Is worth visiting. A little market with many different booths with and artistic styles.
From yarn work, fabric creations for the kitchen like hand towels, also handmade Jewelry, wood work, funy customized shirts hot salsa, honey Yum! And the best hand lotion.
What I love the best is that every purchase helps moms and babies in need.”
“The Glassblowing Shop is located right at the central roundabout in Downtown Dahlonega. The shop is very interesting, featuring many beautiful glass sculptures. The glass artworks come in many different sizes — large, small, and even tiny miniature pieces — and they are all absolutely adorable.
The owner, Chris, was very welcoming and enthusiastically shared information about the products and the history of the shop since April 1989. He also introduced me to some special glass rings that he made many years ago, which are no longer produced today and have become very rare. The store also has an area that demonstrates the flame-working and glassblowing process used to create the glass sculptures.
I bought a beautiful glass horse sculpture as a gift for my friend. I was very satisfied with this lovely gift and its very reasonable price.
The Glassblowing Shop is an excellent choice if you are looking for souvenirs in Dahlonega.”
“I absolutely love this shop. Everything in it is special. Quality is incredible. Places are great. I always find something new and stock up on things I’ve purchased before If you haven’t been there yet, go. If you have, to go again.”
“this place was great! the shirts and sweaters here are cute, and the little accessories/apparel were great. the owner was very welcoming and sweet, she could easily bring you in with a simple story. despite all the other shop people honestly giving hardcore weirdo vibes, she unsurprisingly, well, didn’t! i’m all the way down south, and i can easily admit that just her store alone could have me begging my parents to drive me back. 10/10, would come again!”
“We love this store and have been coming here for years and make sure we visit each time we are in Dahlonega. They have a great variety of gifts and accessories and so many great Christmas ornaments. Kathy, the owner is very friendly and has a great sense of humor. She always remembers us too! Make sure you visit when you are in Dahlonega.”
“We travel to Dahlonega just to visit Crown and Bear! Their selection of British gifts and foods is the best! We have found the most unique and adorable gifts and items- especially loving our phone booth bird feeder. We must visit every few months just to get the precious spice flavor of the Marmalade candle!!”
