I had a complicated Amazon return situation. The young man who helped me was fantastic. He got the job done and was super patient. Even though they were busy. There was a big team working in there and all were friendly too.

Horrible experience. 1st of all, we gave our address told them 1 word 3 different times. Then, they misspelled the name twice even after clearly stating it. All of them never smiled and gave off the most miserable vibe. But kinda helpful so it wouldn’t be 0 stars if was an option. 1 star tho

The Indian gentleman, presumed to be the owner, carries a negative reputation in Dahlonega, and I foolishly disregarded the multiple warnings to steer clear. My visit confirmed the cautionary tales. Regrettably, your demeanor does little to endear you to the community you ostensibly serve.

I went in to return an Amazon package and there were several employees handling customers and I was helped quickly. The young men who helped me (Hunter and Max) were so professional and helpful, I wish all my errands were this enjoyable.

This is always a great place to go for returns or anything else. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They take care of you very fast and always greet and thank you for coming in. The place is always clean.

I live in Atlanta suburbs, where there are three UPS stores in my town. We also have a 2nd home in Dahlonega. After my first experience at your store, I actually save my shipping items and bring them to Dahlonega. I was in this afternoon and everyone in there was working hard and very pleasant. The same young lady has helped me twice and she is awesome. I am truly impressed; which is very rare, in terms of customer service, these days. Thanks for running such a great store.
