Do not buy their phone accessories especially their PureGear screen protectors. I have had two and both have chipped in a week without even dropping the phone. They are expensive and they will not refund you. Just buy one off amazon.

Good employees. Terrible management. Every time I go one employee is working alone and horrendously overworked leading to multiple hours visits even for basic things. Chandler needs a raise and someone needs to be sent to a shift scheduling class.

Told us to try their lame internet that absolutely is terrible for free . They said to bring it back if it didn't work. Returned it after a couple days as it absolutely didn't work. The store said we couldn't return to them and said we had to ship it to Verizon. Shipped it back to Verizon months ago and still getting billed for it. Tried calling customer service many times to straighten this out to no avail. We've been with Verizon for 25 years. This location ended that.

Recently while visiting Dahlonega, I had an issue with my phone where the screen went totally blank, no icons visible, just a black screen. I found a Verizon store in the Walmart center and talked to a gentleman named Steve, explained my situation and he took my phone looked at it for a few seconds and before I knew it, he had the screen up and working. I thought the phone had crashed and I lost everything but he explained what occurred and had it fixed. This guy knows what he is doing and his pleasant, very professional attitude was refreshing. I couldn't express my thanks enough! The way he handled this is something that you can't put a price on! He deserves a raise!!!
