Wasn't really impressed since they couldn't help me set up a business account. We had an issue with the address and they just kept saying that they could close the account once it was processed. I ended up going to Wells Fargo in Cashiers, NC and they called corporate and worked out the address and got us our account.

For the past three years, I have regularly gone into this Dahlonega, GA Branch to purchase a money order. (Maybe monthly) Last week, Barbara who has waited on me MANY times said she needed two IDs if I did not have a debit card! Duhhh! Not everyone uses a debit card!! I told her I had never given more than my DL and no one had ever asked me for two IDs including her. Wells Fargo needs to concentrate on better customer service instead of giving energy to opening fake accounts. As soon as we cancel our direct deposits, we will leave this NOT CUSTOMER ORIENTED bank!

Although the personnel are friendly enough, it is extremely poor customer service to deny account holders use of the restroom. I will limit my interaction with this branch for that reason.

Good friendly staff, but cannot keep a working ATM. I go after hours all the time and has been broken the last couple times.

All around from the tellers, bankers and the management team they are always very professional and always a happy to help when I need it. They are my go to location and they always remember me.

The staff is friendly and wait times for a banker are not long. My only complaints are with Wells Fargo as a company and nothing against this particular branch. But they lose one star for their lack of a drive through ATM, very inconvenient.
