Best money I NEVER spent on an auto repair by having my car checked @ Alpha! Upon the recommendation of 2 expensive repairs from another auto repair business, I took my car to Alpha for a price comparison. I was floored when I received a call back from Alpha saying they won’t take my money and that there’s nothing that needed repairing on my car. They even showed me pictures from my car’s under carriage. That’s integrity that’s hard to find; especially with an auto mechanic. I will definitely recommend this business to my neighbors!

We have been using Alpha for years. We moved to Cartersville 2 years ago and still drive to Dallas for our auto repair needs and maintenance! We highly recommend this shop! They are honest and reliable and won’t try to sell you something that you don’t need.

After getting new tires and an overall inspection, I took my 2012 Kia on a road trip with my daughters. I had such a peace of mind.
In the last 2 years, I have not been able to find a mechanic that could explain my car like David from Alpha. So, when he said my car was good to go on the road trip, I trusted him. And he was right. The car ran great!
I love now having someone I can trust to keep this car running for a long time.

I have only had my car serviced no repairs yet.They did a great job changing oil,roating tires , checking brakes etc.They did not try to up sell me on anything and I appreciate that!This was my second time here.They have a clean indoor and outdoor waiting room.

Great, prompt service all around! Kind and caring people willing to take care of your Auto needs. I dropped my family’s vehicle off last minute before shop closing time and literally the next morning right after shop opening time I got a call from David and Kim with a diagnosis completed and ready to service my vehicle! The part had to be ordered over the weekend and arrived fast and vehicle was repaired within a few days! I was updated as status changed and promptly when ready. Kim even had the mechanics do a full inspection for me to ensure no other issues. The follow up text was the icing on the cake to ensure my repairs were up to par! Highly recommend and thanks Alpha Auto!
