This is the worst AT&T store I've ever been to. The store manager Chad (refused to give last name) was rude. He openly admitted that his employee Logan was "having problems" and he refused to honor the trade in program that Logan had signed us up for. Chad was real quick to let us know that he did not work for AT&T so he didn't care if we called corporate.

Tiffany at the store was amazing she noticed that I was being overcharged for my phone plan and informed me that I needed to call customer service to fix the reason why. I stayed in the store and fixed the reason. Then we got 2 Apple Watches on our phone plan. Now my phone plan is cheaper than what it was before adding Apple Watches!

In-Store and Live Agent customer service reps were great!Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the service. We have only been with AT&T for a little over a month. We typically have internet through Xfinity but our house was already wired for AT&T Internet because when the house was built, it was the only internet available for the previous homeowner. So we went with it…We are now cancelling service because of an internet outage we have had for an entire week (over Christmas break!) with zero answers as to why and zero clue when it will actually be turned back on. All AT&T has done is give PR answers to cover their own while the app just updates to a new estimated repair time every 24 hours.Xfinity will be out in the morning to install functioning, reliable internet.

The best service around! Brandon handles the traffic alone with top notch service! I'll continue to take my business here as long as Brandon is the Tech. Comcast could take some pointers from Brandon on how to handle customers and keep them. Great job Brandon!!

My sales representative was Brandon, and he did phenomenal! He provided multiple options for our family to select from and was very attentive. I appreciate how he greeted us when entering the store as well. I highly recommend this location.

Dishonest employee beware. I came to this store Feb 28 around 5pm and Tiffany Smith lied to me that my new phone I purchased from her would be free with a trade in offer promotion. My current phone didn't meet the trade in requirements for a free phone since it wasn't working, but nevertheless she assured me it did. I came back to return the phone since I'm still within the return refund timeframe and she refused to help or take any accountability for her deceiving ways. I asked her for her name, her business card, her manager, etc., And she refused to help me or give me any of her supervisors name and said she was the manager, but didn't have to provide me any information.. she threatened to call the police and I wasn't being aggressive nor disrespectful. I only wanted to get reimbursed and for at&t to do the right thing. I went to another store and they provided me her information. I hope At&t can take this feedback to help improve their customer service if they really value their customers.

Visit on 11/2. .. Yovanka was my CSR. she was awesome. I had some difficulties when I came in to upgrade my phone. She did everything in her power to assist me. She had great product knowledge! Although Tiffany was not my CSR, I noticed her giving excellent service to other customers who walked in. If you need help with your Att service and are in the area, these ladies will take good care of you!
