2nd time I’ve brought a vehicle there to get a new battery, both times I’ve been told special tools were needed by the same girl. The first time I hopped across the road to Walmart and was in and out in 20 minutes. The 2nd time I went to Walmart, didn’t want to wait an hour, purchased in store and installed myself in the parking lot with my “special 10mm wrench” . Took 3 minutes and 48 seconds. But probably just another liberal collecting a paycheck to do as little as possible. Thanks Joe Biden.

Nolan. the mechanic, installed my new battery that comes with 3 years warranty. This was my 3rd purchase at AutoZone. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. This purchase also has a discount. I am a satisfied customer ?

They are super lazy at this location. I guess the woman working here feels too cute to get her hands dirty but that defeats the purpose of working at an auto store. Usually I don’t have issues getting someone to assist me with anything regarding my vehicle at any auto store that I’ve ever been to but I came to this location and needed help putting oil that I had just purchased from here in my vehicle especially with me not knowing anything about cars and while trying to monitor my young toddler sitting in the car but the woman with the brunette hair working at the front desk told me that neither she or the guy working with her could help me. Saying that they don’t help put oil in vehicles. I’ve had other auto zone workers check my transmission oil levels and put all typed of oil in my vehicle with no problem in the past but for some reason, she created different rules for their location. I don’t know if she may be racist or what her issue may be but her and the younger guy are just lazy. Her approach was uninviting from the start. Working in any sort of customer service position especially an auto store shouldn’t be her profession. Please do better and get workers who are more eager to assist customers.

Jeep was acting weird, stalling, and hard to crank. I drove up to this auto zone and was greeted immediately by a very friendly parts manager, Nolan. I think that was his name. He tested my battery, and it was dead, bad corrosion on the posts, too. He put in a new battery for me, cleaned up the posts, and put a shim to help tighten the posts. Awesome service! Thanks so much.
