I had an amazing visit to the Dallas Acworth location . A young man name Steven helped and I was so impressed with his customer service and knowledge for automobiles. I went to get a battery for my truck and after installing it, this guy noticed my headlight was not installed properly and fixed it. then fixed my drivers side turn signal as well. I didn’t even have to ask he just did it. I will recommend this location to anyone in the area or passing by. Steven will help you!! Job well done!!!

I headed straight to Auto Zone after having to get my battery jumped while running errands. The staff at AZ was absolutely amazing, they checked the condition of my battery and then waited very patiently while I tried to decide if I was going to get a new one or go back to the place I bought my current battery from to get a replacement under warranty. I decided to get a new one from AZ and they swapped it out in minutes and offered me a fair price and warranty included on a new battery. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service provided! Thanks so much guys!!

I was having problems cranking my car. On my way home from work, I stopped and Steven was a huge help. He automatically knew to check to see if the cables were tight. Sure enough, one of them was lose. He tightened and my car fired right up.. Steven was eager to assist and very polite. To have this type customer service is a treat, especially these days. THANK YOU STEVEN! :-)

Outstanding management by Adam who made sure I could get some stuff to try and save my dead car even though I came VERY close to closing time. Above and beyond human being. The store was also super clean and tidy and employees were working hard to make the best recommendations for me.

Adam Bentley went over and above for me yesterday. The area is under rd construction and something punctured my tire. I came out to a completely flat tire. My daughter crossed the street and ask Adam if he could help. He came across the street with a compressor. He aired me up quickly. It allowed me to safely get through the area to a tire shop. You don't often get this type of service even when paying top dollar at a business. Auto zone has someone special at that store. Thank you.
