This morning at 8 AM, after losing a family member the night before, I stopped by to wash my car before starting the day. It had been an incredibly difficult 24 hours, and I wasn’t expecting anything more than a clean car.
The kindness I was shown by the employee working this morning truly made a difference. Even on a Monday morning, when most people would rather be anywhere else, they greeted me with genuine compassion and warmth. That small act of kindness helped brighten what has been one of the hardest days I’ve had in a long time, and I’m so grateful for it.
I’ve been a regular customer for quite a while, and this experience is just another reminder of why I keep coming back. The wash is always clean, traffic moves efficiently, there’s never a long wait for supplies, and the vacuums and trash cans are consistently well maintained.
