This gym is a community, a safe place, and a welcoming family! I struggled with depression, high triglycerides, body dysmorphia and a myriad of other issues! But CrossFit Allatoona has been welcoming when I was a beginner and the coaches truly guided me every step of the way!
If you want a great workout and a fantastic community, CrossFit Allatoona is the place!

I drop in here at least five times a year during the holidays (wife’s family lives nearby) and this is an excellent gym. It has everything you want - good programming, good equipment, solid coaches (Tera is A+) and a fun and supportive community. There’s also a good mix of athlete skill levels and coaches are helpful with scaling. Will gladly be back again this summer ??

The staff is great and the members are welcoming. You will be pushed to be your best and encouraged to continue to improve.CrossFit is not as scary when you are part of a community and you can find that at CrossFit Allatoona!

I was a CrossFit hater, admittedly. Heard and saw crazy posts about ‘WOD’s” and tire flipping and thought ‘these people are idiots!’. My wife was the first to join after having our 3rd son. Her enthusiasm was very contagious, so I gave it a shot. Tera and Levi were knowledgeable, fun and you could tell they loved their job and their clients. 2 1/2 years and 60+ lbs less, I can tell you this was the best decision I ever made and have never felt better! I’ll be 40 this year and encourage everyone to check it out. It doesn’t matter where you are in your fitness journey, they will meet you there and help you grow, pushing you to do things you never could or thought you would do

A great box that has a passionate and talented coaching staff and dedicated athletes. I would highly encourage anyone in the Dallas/Acworth/North Cobb area to check out CFA if they are interested in starting their workout experience or looking for a new challenge. You will not be disappointed.
