Came to CVS to pick up prescription, questioned pharmacist due to 90 day prescription only lasting 6 weeks. I asked for a pharmacist to check the amount. She came to the drive thru real rude. 0 customer service skills. Yelling I have to go. My issue was her tone and how she spoke to me as a customer. There was no reason to be that rude it was only 8:05. I arrived there about 750 before they closed. Sad . Not a store rep but the pharmacist had an issue with the customer asking about a prescription. How times have changed. CVS 7 HILLS IN ACWORTH GA. Seriously poor customer service. Her name is Mandy is pharmacist I'm with one of the employees who witnessed it and she gave me her information and witnessed.

This is a very busy “drug” store. The staff are always friendly. I always get my prescriptions on time.

This pharmacy and store as a whole is the absolute worst!! Over 24 hours to fill a liquid antibiotic for a child. Another medication has been on "back order" for a month. When asked about it, I am told to call back daily to recheck if its in, because they don't know anything about it. Have never met anyone friendly that works in this store.

If you want to wait days for your medication, use this pharmacy. Also use them if you want to be told your meds are ready to be picked up, only to then be told that because your prescription expired between when they texted you and when you arrived, they can’t give you your meds. It’s always something with this company.

These people and this pharmacy in particular is awful. They close at 9 and I attempted to get a prescription filled at 730. It was for plaxovid and was given to me by the doctor along the lines of you need this and then this will keep you out of the hospital. Electronically transferred I was also given a paper copy of the prescription with hindsight now knowing the doctor knew CVS was trash. I get to the window and the attendant has the inhaler that was prescribed. I informed him there was another prescription for plaxovid. His response, we don't have anything else. After producing the paper script, the attendant then informed me it would be tomorrow and they weren't going to get to it. The we didn't get it part was a lie. The we aren't going to get to it part falls in the category of we just don't care. The attendant was rude and and patently could care less. I'd tell anyone, find another pharmacy or at least someone that can be truthful. You have to think in the space of one day your life might depend on it.

Had a great experience at the pharmacy window with Kimberly- best experience I've had with customer service AT ANY ESTABLISHMENT in the last few months! Thanks for your authenticity and care!

Place has gone downhill. No customer skills and plenty of attitude.

Simply the worse pharmacy ever. Wait times are ridiculous and they don't seem to be able to keep up with the demand

Staff is very friendly; they are the slowest pharmacy I have ever encountered though in terms of filling prescriptions in a timely manner. Hours and hours , without fail, to fill antibiotics sent in by my pediatrician. Submit an RX for refill on the app, go 4 hours later, told "we need 5 more minutes" 2-3 times. Which means "we did not even start this refill until you got here". I must use a drive thru, eliminating my ability to use local grocery stores' pharmacies, and my insurance isn't in network at Walgreens, making CVS the only game in town. Unfortunate, because I dread every trip there. I've used other locations before for years with zero problems. It's this location. If you have other choices, go elsewhere.

I've been here multiple times for my drugs. I've not had any real issues. It would be nice if the people looked a little happier to be at work. Also wish the pharmacy line was a little shorter. Other than that it's just a typical pharmacy.
