DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY! I REPEAT DO NOT GOT TO THIS PHARMACY. KEEP RIDING PASS OR FIND A DIFFERENT PHARMACY. I came here January 8th 2024 to refill my prescription of just birth control and unfortunately they didn't have enough in stock. I asked the technician to just partial fill my medication and when the remainder of the birth control comes in stock I would still have my 3 month supply instead of a 1 month supply. She proceeded to tell me that the pharmacy cannot partial fill which I never heard of and that if I do the 1month supply I would still be able to get my 3 month supply after my 1 month is over. After I was close to running out for my 1month I made sure to call in advice like she told me too. Nobody ever picked up the phone so I went inside. I asked the lady could she make sure my birth control was a 90 day supply (3 month supply) she told me that it was my insurance and that my insurance wants me to have Optum rx or mail order I told her that couldn't be right. Called my insurance it was nothing restricting me from getting a 90 day supply. It seems as if the technician really didn't want to look into or figure out what was going on and I got pushed to the side. I no longer wanted to speak with that technician when I came back in because apparently she didn't have a clue what she was talking about. I explained to a different technician the issue. She did go to look into it, but had to ask the the same lady I didn't want to speak with a question because she didn't know. The technician that I spoke with the 1st time simply said "I told her she has to call her insurance" I stated back that I did and that it was no restrictions. Then come to find out my prescription was changed to a 30 day supply which took away from my 90 day supply prescription and left me with no choice but to get a 30 day supply until my prescription runs out. I stated to the the technician that she needs to let her other colleagues let people know so it won't be any confusion. The Technician proceeded to get smart back about how she not over her technicians. I completely wanted to change my pharmacies right then and there and now I'm currently having issues with that because CVS is telling the other pharmacy that I have no active prescriptions. The hold time is ridiculous and this is from 2 different phones at the same time ! Again I don't recommend this pharmacy at all !

The worst. My husband has a prescription for syringes and needles for testosterone. They refuse to sell to him and say THEY WONT order some for him. A junkie in front of him left with some.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life , I have been a customer here for the last 8 years and they have screwed up my prescriptions multiple times and caused me to have to go to the ER from not having my medication for weeks at a time! Do not recommend this pharmacy, 0/10 staff doesn't care about anything. go to Publix pharmacy or Kroger in Dallas for a far better experience

Horrible customer service at this location. You wait in line for 30 minutes in the drive-thru and get to the window to be told to drive around again it's not ready not to mention all the attitude from the girl at the window. Very rude and argumentative!!! Show some compassion your service is so very slow.

This is the worst Pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I had a lady / younger argue with me from almost 20 minutes in front of customers about a prescription that I need dearly for my sleeping problems I have been taking my prescriptions on file for almost 13 years now . I am a patient to them, and she had no care in her heart whatsoever about giving me my prescription, I am transferring over to another Pharmacy asap. They need to hire people that actually care about their patients and giving them their medicine and not hire people that argue because of some sort of insurance or discount situation. I have gotten nothing but rude remarks and comments from the people that work there and I don’t know what I’ve done wrong so I don’t even like giving one star. The staff is horrible, rude mean and argumentative to their patients people need their medicine customers do they don’t need to be argued with, because of insurance or discounts I will never go back there again. There is one nice man and one nice lady that works there that’s it. I mean, people need their medication they have to have it. I’m not sure why some of the staff members don’t understand that but I needed my medicine and not to be argued with over insurance or discount.

Wish I could leave less than (1) Star. Whomever is the incompetent, uneducated, and unskilled moron that this pharmacy left in charge last Wednesday, January 10th, needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY or I will be seeking litigation from my attorney's at Schwartz-Rollins!!! This pharmacy is DESPICABLE and has a 100% track record of employing nothing but RUDE and completely UNKNOWABLE TRASH as depicted in their magnitude of negative reviews!!! This particular and incompetent individual whom I will seek out and sue and have reprimanded and terminated had the aducitity to bash, question, and berate me over a prescription that was written by an actual CERTIFIED DOCTOR (MD) whom is my Primary Care Physician with EMORY with his sheer IGNORANCE and STUPIDITY to interrogate me for taking an extremely low dosage of sleep medication because I am in the aviation industry and constantly on multiple and different time zones and responsible for the safety and well-being of every passenger and crew member on-board my flight and because my EMORY BOARD CERTIFIED DOCTOR had prescribed an extremely low dosage of anxiety medication to help me get through the loss of a dear loved one and other issues. This beyond stupid individual was a laughing stock of every customer in line because his SHEER INCOMPETENCE and lack of knowledge was completely evident to absolutely everyone who doesn't even have a degree in the medical field and doesn't remotely make the salary that I or any medical professional makes NEEDS and MUST go back and obtain a reputable COLLEGE DEGREE and learn how to be a pharmacist. His ONLY job is to fill prescriptions CORRECTLY as prescribed by a MEDICAL DOCTOR far above his ATTENTION SPAN and PAY GRADE as speaking loudly and without ANY knowledge whatsoever shows his STUPIDITY!!! I will ENSURE that this uneducated lunatic is not only fired but goes back to school and learns the necessary traits to fulfill his role. Clearly this particular CVS consistenly receives the lowest ratings and reviews than ANY other CVS in the entire COUNTRY and if I don't receive a call and remedy to this situation by end of business day today then I will proceed and file the necessary charges with the Medical Examiner's Board as well as LOCAL and FEDERAL LAW ENFORCEMENT!!!

Was 2nd in line at the window and while we were waiting they asked if i was going to stay in line, we said yes. After a car pulled up behind us, they told us to tell the car behind us they were closing for lunch. Then, they closed the window when we pulled up after waiting all that time. Very unprofessional.

can't use any other pharmacy due to insurance but then make you wait 30 minutes in line for your meds.
