I gave 3 stars because the cashier was very patient and sweet, however associate Kimmy, who didn't mind giving me his name, lacked quality customer service. Their store is listed to close at 10pm on Google. I walked into the store at 8:57 and noticed that the store was quiet, so I asked Kimmy what time they closed, and he responded 9pm but told me to go ahead and shop. I knew that I didn't have much time, so I grabbed what I needed and proceeded to the line. The customer in front of me was purchasing dishware, that required individual wrapping. I then proceeded to walk back to grab something. I was the last customer and was only grabbing one more item, so I left my cart. I was instantly reprimanded very rudely to get back in line by Kimmy. To avoid anything further, I just got back in line and waited. Ultimately, I waited for 6 minutes to checkout, with associate Kimmy ranting and proceeded to inform the cashier that he is going to start closing the door 5 minutes early. By then, he knew I was leaving this review. Customer service goes a long way, Sir Kimmy may need a refresher course!

Alway buy more than I was planning on, but always hard to refuse.Correct street address is on Hillside Trace NOT Hillside Drive, by the Murphy gas station in front of the Walmart on 120.

As is every retailer these days, they're short handed, but at least make me feel seen and appreciated. Great service! Could be better stocked, but I'm sure that's tied into being short handed.
