“I called 6 different places before I was referred to PC and Cell MD about getting the battery replaced on my iPad. The guy that answered the phone was really kind. He provided me with the price, and stated he was open to replacing the battery, but he also brought to my attention the cost of replacing the battery would be significantly more than what the cost of just buying a new one was. I greatly appreciate him for saying that, because none of the other places I called did; they were just focused on the sale. Kuddos to this guy. Great service!”

And for everyone to know just because you make an appointment does not mean that your insurance carrier or your phone carrier is going to pay the claim period this is how they get out of things like that by wearing us out running us around in circles. Make sure that you have your claim already issued and approved.So that these wonderful people here can do their job for you!
