Their insurance company is under a different name in Michigan. That is how I found out about Hart in Georgia. I phone the number from Mi to make arrangements to start a new insurance policy and I am still with them. I've had great service since I been here in Georgia.

When I wanted to renew my vehicle insurance, Hart Insurance Agency gave me excellent assistance. The staff was very informed and carefully went over all of my options with me.

Called in for an insurance quote Friday morning. Didn’t hear back so I followed up around 4/4:30 Friday, was told the lady that did the quote was in a meeting but it was on her desk and she would call me when she was done. It’s now Tuesday and I still haven’t heard back about the quote.

Tried to get insurance pricing. Filled out info online for someone to contact me. Never did. I even called the office and the lady I spoke with assured me someone would call, NOT. Wish I could rate with 0 stars.

i have been using them for over 2 yrs. everyone that i have worked with have been very kind. Most times I have to bring in my 2 young children in when i have business to do and everyone is patient and sweet towards them as well.
