These people have lost it! I went into this location to find a box for a photoshoot. The box needed to be big so they showed me this box that was red and looked used. The box was perfect until he said $15…$15 for a used box are you serious. Just trying to make money off people. I’ll be happy to post a picture if this box to because it was not worth $15

I was nervous due to the reviews but my husband went in for the first time on Sunday, everything was sent off with no issues. Great customer service. I checked the tracking for the documents and they arrived on Wednesday. I would come here again

Shocked! We have a small antique business and I was supposed to deliver a pair of stools to TN but had vehicle problems so stopped in and spoke with the owner and asked him specifically if he could safely package them with bubble wrap and padding to ensure they arrive safely as the customer paid $600 for the pair. He charged me $232 to package and ship to TN (5 hrs away). The customer received today and called cussing me for everything I had demanding a refund and going to leave a bad review because of the laziness and carelessness I took with her stools packaging them because they arrived broken beyond repair and we’re just stacked in the box without ANY protection. The legs had obviously punctured thru the box in several places. It was horrible. Even the box he used was a very old recycled box and he charged me $30 just for the box. How can this be your business and you’re still operating with no respect to your customers and no pride in your job. I wasn’t able to speak to the owner because he wasn’t there but the girl I spoke to made it sound like she wasn’t surprised at all and let me know I was probably screwed because sounds like he doesn’t care because he doesn’t have a policy to insure, protect or guarantee their work but I specifically asked when I walked in if they had a pack & ship guarantee program like the UPS store and was told, “oh yes yes sir, guaranteed shipment!” He’s supposed to call Monday, let’s see if he does and if he makes it right. As I told his employee it’s in his best interest to because this review is just my warning shot. I will make it my priority to boycott, solicit my neighbor businesses to also do the same and if that doesn’t work, make no mistake I won’t stop, convey of my closest friends and their friends, friends friends, etc will pull up to public area with signs and air horns and it’ll be a scene like you couldn’t imagine.

I was overflowing with USPS packages and could barely move because USPS wasn't picking up. The kind people allowed me to bring them quite a load for USPS late in the day on a Friday. My shipping manager and I are both ao grateful for their kindness to us when we really needed help.

I removed my first review because I didn’t want to damage a minority’s business reputation. He agreed to remove his comment but never did. Since he claimed it was a misunderstanding. But here we are 2023 and 4 checks were mailed to my box 12/26/22 and they are missing he was supposed to contact me when he located them. I haven’t heard anything back I’m going to the police. This man is a common criminal.

I have a small business and make regular drop offs at this location, theyve always been very kind and quick to work! I've never had an issue with anything shipped from here, and I plan to continue to come back!

Customer service was good but after reading these review responses, I will never use this place again. I also understand some of these reviews are dramatized and the owner is just defending their business but theres ways to handle these things. Its clear you don’t have customer service in mind and thats sad.

This store could be the single most dis-honest store I have ever seen. My 16yo son went there to get a 60 page print out of a pdf for a school project. We had called the "Real" UPS store and was given a price of $11. My son went to this store by mistake and he was charge $240. The manager said he was calling the police if my son did not pay. Scared he paid it. I went back with my son to see if this could be resolved but he got quite angry and it looked like it was going to get physical so we left. ABSOLUTE Crook. Stuck a 16yo working on a school project.

This guy refuses to reimburse me the $74.40 it cost to overnight a small piece of medical equipment my niece accidently left at myhouse for her son. He called FedEx to pick it up the day it was suppose to be delivered . receipt even says it would be delivered on 6/4 and FedEx picked it up on6/4. Don't do business there

I own my own purchasing/ rental tool service. I have been searching for a third party postal service to do business with. A week ago, my kids and I went to this location to ship a few packages.We were met with negative attitudes and ridiculous shipping prices. This person could not have been more rude. I finally got fed up when the associate started yelling at my kids because they were " being too loud and disrespecting other customers. " WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE STORE!?!?!Moral of the story, kids, is that you should definitely take your business elsewhere. I can promise you that FedEx and UPS in dallas will take care of you.
