They also take the time to walk you around your vehicle to make sure everything meets your expectations, which I really appreciated. Overall, meeting and working with the team was a positive experience.
However, there was one moment that did not sit well with me. When I received the call that my vehicle was finished, the person referred to it as “your little van.” That comment felt unnecessary and came across as dismissive. I would have preferred they simply reference the make and model. It felt unprofessional, especially considering the investment I made.
Although this interaction happened back in May and still stuck with me, I want to be clear that the quality of the work outweighed that experience. The wrap itself exceeded my expectations, and because of their craftsmanship, I would absolutely return for my next wrap.”
