Download the app and check wait times in several Great clips locations before leaving home. Check in through the app to a nearby with low wait time location for walk in service.
The week before school starts back is the busiest times, so avoid that week if at all possible.

Cut my granddaughter’s hair uneven and she is extremely upset because there is not way to fix it now that the hair is gone.

I absolutely love this location not only because the best hair dresser is there (Leslie). But, every time myself and my son come in they know him by name and welcome him with open arms. Him and Leslie always run to the front in a race and they always let him stock up on the DumDum suckers. I couldn't ask for a better place for my son to feel so welcome.

I always choose to have Christina cut my hair. I call to make sure she is working and I wait to have her cut my hair even if another
stylist is available.
Stylist: Christina.. She listens to how I'm wanting my hair done and
does it even if I want to try something different. She's always very pleasant. She is not a "chatty cathy" which I appreciate!

Hair type: I’m about as white as a loaf of wonderbread, so that’s all I can speak to lol
Stylist: All of the stylists have been very cool there.

Requested style: Showed picture to the woman cutting my grandson's hair. Clearly she didn't know what she was doing. His haircut looked like Jim Carey from Dumb and Dumber!! Bangs on a 12 year old, will not be back !! HAYLEY is the only one there that is worth using.

Asked the woman if she knows how to cut hair like the picture my son wanted. She said yes. My son’s hair looks bad. Nothing like the picture. If she didn’t know how to do it, she should have said no. Now my son is embarrassed to go to school. Horrible. She clearly just wanted to get paid and lied about knowing how to do the cut. Never coming back.

Melody was great. The cut only took like 10 minutes tops, but it would've taken 3 if she weren't such a good conversationalist. Quick and competent.
The ladies there are very friendly.
Get the app and log in before you go. I was only waiting a few minutes because I was already in line driving over.

Honestly I know that it is a 50/50 when it comes to places like this it's either pretty good and you leave with minimal complaints or you have an experience like my husband and I did at our last visit. We did online check in and arrived waited a little bit then got called up to the desk where we were greeted by one of the most rude women I've ever dealt with in the service industry. She was very dismissive and rude to my husband while updating his profile. Then when I got in her chair to have my haircut she cut me off multiple times telling me that I had so much breakage. Yes I'm aware that's why I'm here getting like 8 inches of my hair chopped off. If I could give a zero stars I would based off of this last visit and will not be going back again. I get people have bad days but it costs nothing to be nice to people who are trying their best to be nice to you despite your actions.
