The Hardy folks are a dedicated team of genuinely decent people. I bought a 2020 Nissan Versa in August through James, who was just a delight to work with, and then David Morson got me squared away with financing and an extended warranty I’m so glad I opted in for. When I let them know I was having some serious issues with the car soon after purchase, they went truly above and beyond to make things right. Undetected damage from a previous owner was causing a cascade of problems, but between the Nissan of Athens service department and David Clark at Hardy, everything has been taken care of. The Nissan service department was really emphatic in telling me how hard Hardy was working for me: they said they’ve seen the other way this could have gone, and Hardy had really pulled through in a way not many other dealers would. Car problems are the worst, and when they happen on top of other challenging life events, it can be so overwhelming. I practically burst into tears when David Clark told me how willing they were to help me. Not only is it good business to care for your customers when something went hinky after the car has left the lot, it is kind and humane. They have more than earned my future business as well as my whole-hearted recommendation of their sales team. I had passed on a similar vehicle from a different dealer because I just really liked them during my car search, and I’m so glad that my initial gut feeling of their integrity was justified by their follow-through when I was experiencing troubles so soon after purchase. Thank you again so much to James, David Morson, David Clark, and the rest of the Hardy team for ensuring customer satisfaction. You’re all gems.

was literally buying a car with cash and agreed trade in they had all my information to proceed, didnt call me back for 2 hours and when they did they said it was sold... that is so shady and then offered a worse deal on an older car with more mileage...

I had a great experience at Hardy. My salesman was Hunter and he was excellent. He was extremely efficient with getting answers for me and being available to discuss the purchase around my availability. While at the dealership he worked with me to make the deal and was fully transparent throughout. I would recommend him to anyone looking at getting a new vehicle

Best of the Best #1 I can't say enough about how Awesome they are. I had been looking to buy a truck for 3 months. I had been treated so bad and disrespected by so many sales men UNTIL I Came to Hardy Superstore. Jacob was my first contact, He immediately approached me to chat about what I was looking for. I gave him a little info on what I had been dealing with and he apologized that so many had treated me bad and promised that he was a man with Integrity. That word alone (no one has it or even knows what it means these days) Integrity, as soon as he said that I was at ease. He then told me about the dealership and how they do business. He said if I wanted the truck I was sitting in, He would be sending me home in it & that's Exactly what He Did. He had to do some back and forth with his boss David Clark who was also amazing. They worked out the deal that I needed and made it all happen with such ease. It was painless & exciting. Just as I thought buying a truck was supposed to be. I Did drive my truck home that day and I am so thrilled with everything. Them, the dealership and MY NEW TRUCK. I am grateful that my sister made me go there to look at trucks and I'm so grateful that Jacob was my guy and made it happen. Best Experience & I Love My Truck. ??????

I've never seen a car dealership try to sway someone so hard to NOT buy a car. I took my sister on Tue 5/3/23 to look at a used Nissan Rogue that we found online. The salesmen seemed almost upset that she wanted to test drive. He kept calling us Bro everytime we asked a question about the vehicle stating that all vehicles drive the same and no one in GA cares about warranties or what's left of a warranty, or how the car drives. It was the most absurd car shopping experience I've ever witnessed. Luckily, I swayed her to go to Thornton Rd.where they were professional and had no problem answering questions so that she felt confident in purchasing.Also, the car was 23000 and he told her the absolute minimum payment with a 730 credit score was $500 and there was no point in running her credit if she needed to be less than $450 per month - the car she just purchased was $23,900 at $332 per month after taxes and fees were added in.

Paul was amazing from beginning to end. From speaking with him on the phone, building the deal, and the hand shake prior to leaving, he made sure our every need and question was answered and taken care of. I would definitely recommend Hardy Chevrolet for your car buying needs.

I drove over an hour + to preview a vehicle. Test drove it- everything was great. Numbers wise- meh- they were really high interest rate wise- and I already had pre-approval through my bank for a WAY better interest rate (shop around ahead of time! Don't let them charge you 3-4% over what you could get elsewhere). In my eyes- the deal was final. I was ready to sign papers purchasing through my personal bank. After reading previous reviews of experiences by others, I wanted my brother (a certified mechanic) and my dad to check over the vehicle to make sure everything was sound. As a single mom- give me that diligence! You may have screwed others over but I did my research prior. I asked to drive the vehicle back to where I live and was told "that was putting too many miles on the car" (it was 104 to be exact round trip). What do you care- I'm buying it!!!! After I pushed and pushed and they refused- I walked away. They tried the whole "we have someone else interested" line to get me to turn around. No thanks! Listen people- trust your gut. You don't HAVE to buy from a shady dealer!!!

We recently purchased a new vehicle and traded in a used vehicle.This was the easiest, stress free, no hassle experience I have ever had buying/selling a vehicle. Billy (our sales guy) was so helpful, friendly and communicated well throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend buying from Hardy and will buy from them again in the future!
