Made appt on-line for 11 AM got there early..agent didn't get there until 11:30.. wasn't very knowledgeable about what she was doing (but tried), friendly but felt she omitted a key reduction and said it would not matter much since I didn't have to pay much..then the price astounded me..last year I paid 175.00 for better preparation but moved after My husband passed ..this year J&H charged me 460.00 for almost the same thing..also, she wouldn't take my check or charge card..only debit card which I rarely ever use..will not refer or use J&H again.. 😔

Not happy with the Dallas Georgia location on Marietta Highway. Two weeks in a row know one showed up for my appointment and they also had my appointnent at the same time as another couple. I had to go to another location in Hiram Georgia. Very unprofessional.

I happened to file my taxes here, they had a great offer doing on and the tax preparer was really great. His knowledge was fantastic and he answered everything we asked. We did an in person which took around 45 mins to an hour. But reverting was done with no back and forth. The document upload process was quick and easy and I could do it from phone once the links were sent. They have a privacy screen which makes it really secure and if you think people passing by can see you are wrong.Thank you Olaitan Okubovejo for the help you provided and being of great help to quickly get this completed. Definitely 5* for you

Very good experience at this Jackson Hewitt location. The rep explained everything very well and was very patient in helping me get all of the information submitted even with my wife not being there with me.
