Extremely Disappointed with Learning Bridge After-School Program
I enrolled my child in Learning Bridge because, in Paulding County, there are limited options for after-school care outside of daycare centers. Unfortunately, Learning Bridge has not honored the information listed in their handbook or on their website, making the experience very disappointing.
When I signed up, I expected to pay the $40 registration fee as stated on their website. Instead, I was charged $120. When I questioned this, I was told the fee includes two weeks of tuition in advance, which is never mentioned on the website. How was I supposed to know this?
Though they eventually refunded me, the issues didn’t stop there. After school started, I realized I only needed care for three days a week, not five. I was told by their office staff that for 1-3 days, my weekly tuition would be $25 instead of $40, which matches what their website says:
Full-Time (4-5 days): $40 per child
Part-Time (1-3 days): $25 per child
Registration Fee: $40 per child
However, when I received my updated contract, they did not adjust the price. When I called to ask why, I was informed that part-time scheduling wasn’t available at the Dugan location, and they had to keep my tuition the same. Once again, this information is nowhere to be found on the website or in the parent handbook.
It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t stick to the rules they advertise. Families deserve transparency, not unexpected fees and policy changes that were never disclosed. Learning Bridge needs to honor their own guidelines and stop creating rules on the spot.

My son attended Hal Hutchens learning bridge program and it was quite a bit that always happened after school. The girls were always physically fitting, the boys are mean and bullies. The teachers play favorites. We moved during the middle of the month in March and was told I would receive a refund for the remaining of the month because I paid monthly instead of weekly. We are in June and I still haven’t received anything but a call to give them my address 3 times to never receive anything. Look for other alternatives before placing your child here.

My child and I both love the ASP program at the school. There is always an activity, game, or craft for the kids to participate. My son completes his homework. The staff are wonderful and are very protective over the children. Thanks New GA ASP for all that you do!!

When a bullying situation is taking place just about every other day and your child is telling the adults/teens they're using to look after our children and the people do nothing I have a problem. I walked in and saw it for myself and the schools administrator had to step in, and one of the women that looks after these children (my child included) in ASP tells me it's been going on for a while, but everyday when my little one is picked up nothing is said. I've called, left messages, contacted the school and they keep referring me to this number and no one answers. I leave fully detailed messages and no one has responded, and this is the company used to watch our children. How can I as a parent trust these teens/college students to make sure my little one is not being mistreated by the child nor the teacher(s) watching her if you don't answer...
