I went to the Dallas branch today with so many questions about my finances. Liz Chubbs was the associate who helped me. She very knowledgeable in all the options that LGECCU offered. She was concerned about my situation, making sure the options I chose would fit my needs. We looked into my account and Liz spotted some concerns and made some sound suggestions that would help me down the road and I was Great for the suggestions. Liz is a Gr8 asset to the team. I Love LGECCU & I Love Ms. Liz! ❤️?

I have a 8 year old son which I am trying to teach financial literacy. I decided to bring him into this branch since it is a larger building a larger staff than my local LGE. We were lucky enough to get Marcia 's help in depositing change in the coinstar and deposit cash in the machine. She showed better patience than me, especially when he was about to jam cash into the coinstar. My son really enjoyed the visit and the attention.

Black woman banker is the worst and to think you’ll be treated better from your own people… not and they sneaky she don’t tell men what another banker told her that I said when I was speaking with someone else!!!wish I’d never opened an account for my loved one there I felt violated

I just finished opening a new account with Mrs. Elizabeth and did a phenomenal job helping me! I had a lot of questions to ask her and there wasn't a single time where she made me feel uncomfortable, she even gave me advise on how to make setting up my account easier. She even offered me water and asked how everything was going on with me and we ended having a great conversation. Absolute amazing job by this branch!

I have two compliments.1) I was serviced today by Elizabeth Chubb who put me at ease, I was troubled and her kindness & professionalism was outstanding. Great energy, enjoy the experience. Always had great experience at this branch but she was a jewel. After speaking with her she referred me to another department for another topic.2) Elizabeth directed me to another Elizabeth at the branch. This was Elizabeth Spence who was down to earth, very angelic. Her smile was breathtaking and a very good listener. I felt comfortable and she processed my request, Forgot I was in the branch having a transaction.She did have another rep in the room (Shirley) who is still in the training process - she was a absolute delight! I had a great time today at this branch.Everyone (the rest of the branch staff) was smiling and greeted or acknowledged me - I didn't feel like a customer - a friendly atmosphere. Thank you for the experience today.Walked out very happy with my results. Would refer this location to any & everyone -Thank you Dallas branch! :)

I needed a small personal loan, so I decided to go to the bank that I have banked with for over 30 years (now Wells Fargo). Out of all of those years, I have never ask for a loan. Well, I did, and they DENIED me. I was very upset after being a loyal banker for so many years!!! I went to LGE credit union, not knowing what to expect. I have never banked with a credit union before. I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Elizabeth Chubb, who took me into her office and ask how could she help me. I told Mrs. Chubb I needed a small personal loan and the bank that I have banked with for over 30 years denied me. Mrs. Chubb took her time explaining the different types of loans, figuring out which one was best for me. Any questions that I had, she didn't hesitate to answer. She even helped me set up the LGE app on my phone. Well, I opened a savings and checking acct and..........I GOT THE LOAN!!! Thank you LGE Credit Union. Mostly, thank you Elizabeth Chubb for assisting me!

I’ve been with LGE since 2011. I always had an excellent banking service with LGE. Life evolves so can finances and hardships. I was feeling down in my spirit due to uprising costs. I needed to get my car repaired and came to the Dallas Branch for help. Elizabeth Chubb not only did she help me with her exceptional service, but lifted my spirits and gave me some relief knowing I can get my car repaired and keep my life moving.

UPDATE: Thank you for addressing this issue!Original post: Love LGE, BUT fraud is a HUGE part of todays life! I needed you after hours and apparently we have no resources available after 9pm for account fraud. We need to get this fixed asap, please, since the fraudsters are using LGE's number to call us from. PLEASE folks BEWARE, not all calls that come in from LGE's number are LEGITEMENT CALLS. Apparently they can impersonate anyone's number, so be careful!
