My new favorite nail salon! It's peaceful and everyone is very nice. I really like this nail salon and I'm glad I decided to give it a shot. This is my second time coming this spring. I will be back in a few weeks.

They have nasty attitudes this was my third time coming to this nail salon cause It was convenient fit me cause my day was busy the lady and the young guy who looks like he doesn’t comb his hair told me that they could do a certain design that required gel nails ! Now I was always going to get gel so they could have said no but instead I gotten the pedicure the lady was skipping over steps for the deluxe that cost$40 then I get in the chair and the guy is confused cause he can’t do what I asked fit he played with my nails for an hour when I paid the lady was mad cause I didn’t get the $50 design she threw my change at me EVERYTIME I go to this salon the work is always SLOPPY And I’m typing this review today because they Earned it‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I'm so disappointed. The first guy files my nail so much it went into my nail bed so they moved me to another guy. He did the same thing but on a different finger. He hurt me 9 times! They have went up on their prices alot as well an acrylic set used to be 25 now it cost me 55 for them to mess up my daughters nails. She asked for short black nails with a heart on each nail. He ended up making them long and rounded and just black. No happy with this place. I pointed out my messed up nail and he just kept buffing it.

Have had a string of bad luck with my nails at local shops in the area. Please to say I finally found my new nail salon! Clean salon, nice staff, plenty of color choices, bright and open space. Love my nails.

My nails look wonderful. The nail tech was very neat and particular. My pedicure was just okay. My tech was not as friendly and she made me pay before my toes dried. She got much nicer after she saw that I'm a big tipper. I observed another customer drying first and then paying. I guess she thought I would run off. LOL I might come back or I may drive closer to the city where they aren't suspicious of Black people.

Honestly I was so excited to come to this establishment considering how close it is to my house, but this place is HORRIBLE. I showed a simple French tip with a darker pink base after 3 different people came to see if they can do the flower I insisted that it was ok a simple french tip would be fine for me. After doing all the things acrylic needed, I was told by rude ass Gwen that the initial color I showed AT THE START OF MY SESSION they do not have ..... I was upset but I just chose to do a whole color option on my nail moments after this was changed I was then informed this set will actually be more expensive than my french tip that by the way had a design .... I said ok cut the nails to make the amount less (the attached photo shows how ridiculous this was) If it wasn't for David seeing the tears in my eyes and doing a cute flower design I would of not given the one star I did. If you have no other options come here but make sure to get a solid color, discuss price before because these things will change rapidly. Also they have this mentality that someone who is my skin tone is not privy to the language they are speaking which is hilarious. 去你的 & thank you.

I made an appointment for my mom and I for Saturday at 2 pm. My mom was seen first and she got a simple polished manicure. Her manicure was sloppy and rushed. Her nails were cut/filed crooked and there was polish on her cuticles. I ended up having to fix them when we got home. I asked for acrylic nails with a heart design. The nail tech apologized for taking a while to see me but then kept leaving and was on her phone several times. My nails are decent and I do think it’s cute but it’s not as close to the picture that I showed the tech as I wanted. I also got zero attention to my cuticles and paid $65 for a mediocre nail job. Needless to say, we won’t be back.Services: Nail painting

Good customer service must be a thing of the past. The service my group received from this facility was the worst I’ve ever experienced. We were left waiting so long that the pedicure water eventually turned ice cold. We did not receive parts of requested services and when we questioned it we were yelled at and called liars. We will be sure to make our appointments elsewhere.Service: Pedicure

I feel like they did just fine. Got a whole set in like 45 minutes so not bad at all. My nails turned out super cute. $70 for a full set with gel. Kinda pricey but everywhere is now days.Services: Acrylic nails

First time here. I had read the reviews before and was hesitant on coming here, but I needed my nails done for my cousins wedding tomorrow. So I decided I would try this place anyway. I was greeted the moment I walked in. I didn’t plan my time well and asked if I could go ahead and pay and come back to finish because I had to have my son at the dentist by noon. They had no problem with it. As soon as I was done at the dentist office, I came back and they finished my nails. Overall good experience.Services: Acrylic nails

Loved our nail experience today @New Ga (I had Nguyen (sorry if spelled wrong) & my daughter had a male tech, sadly didn’t get his name) they asked & listened to our wants. We both wanted a thinner SNS & specific shape, both our sets were executed beautifully ❤️ Great service & pricing for SNS.

New to area, so we tried this nail shop since they were the closest to our house. Way to expensive and slow. To my surprise they charged my wife $60 for a French manicure, and that was without tip. The place was not clean and had a very musky smell to it. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place nor will be returning.
