Tristen was absolutely amazing. He worked really hard to get us what we wanted; from the Jeep Gladiator my husband was looking at, to the price we could afford. Car shopping can be an unpleasant process, but he completely changed that mind set for us. His customer service skills are top notch, and we left extremely happy with the whole process, from beginning, to end.

I called to get a price to replace the headlight bulbs on my 2017 Durango and was told the labor alone is $250 to take off the front bumper. Thanks to YouTube I found out there is an opening in the wheel well to allow owners to replace the bulbs. I have no problem paying for service but getting ripped off is a whole other story. Take your business elsewhere!

Customer service center service is down the drain. There is absolutely no one to answer the phones, when someone does there is always a hold and no one returns to the phone, you are put back on hold to be either sent to voicemail or disconnect. By the time someone called back, there was another hold, then sent to options 1, then 1, then a rude and obnoxious service rep that apparently had other things to do. Finally to scheduling...Just bring it in and we'll get to it. I would like to schedule. I value my time, just as you value your time! I was told to drop off at 8am and the team will get to it. When I inquired if it was a scheduled appointment, the rep begin to get smart, and I politely replied to let him know I can match his energy, but I am asking kindly if I can have a scheduled appointment. The fact that a new service customer has to jump through hoops to be treated like a new buyer is a JOKE!!! Well, I will never recommend or buy my future vehicle from here. First impressions is a lasting impression. BTW! Customers write reviews....

Took my Jeep Wrangler in for a simple battery replacement. When I arrived at home I noticed my front fender was scratched on the battery side of my vehicle. I notified Fadil Hamidovic on 10/18/24. He requested pictures which I immediately sent and then he said he needed to review cameras. On 10/23/24 i followed up with Fadil again because I had yet to get a response. Fadil assured me the service manager would look at it that day. Today is 11/2/24 and I have yet to hear back from this service department.

I just want to know why the service manager told me he can fix my car only to tell me days later that he couldn’t smh. Wasted time and money having to get my car towed here and there and rental car fees for days&days waiting on them to even look at my car. Ugh ! Then being told to basically remove my car off the property when it didn’t Even have to be there in the first place if they would’ve just told me they couldn’t fix it over the phone instead of wasting my TIME&MONEY !? lesson learned never again! ✌?

Had a great experience buying a new Jeep. Eric the salesman and Jeremy in finance were both great to work with. Eric especially was very nice and patient with me as I took a week to make my decision. He answered every text and call promptly. Could not be happier with my new Jeep and the service I received.
