Miserable experience here. They parked me from the drive thru for a “5 minute” wait on chicken. After 15 minutes I went inside, and the guy said he would make it right now (so they forgot). Hands me a bag with wrong order. Finally get the correct order and they’re out of Blackened Ranch. Idk about yall but that’s almost the only reason I eat at Popeyes, much less a Popeyes I have to wait 30 minutes for 3 spicy tenders.The employee that was helping me genuinely cared, but when he told the manager that I’d come inside from being parked for 15 minutes, he literally waved me away with his hand. The employees were visibly frustrated with their manager.TLDR; CLEARLY IN NEED OF MANAGEMENT TRAINING. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE UNTIL THEY GET A NEW MANAGER.

This is the first time we visited this Popeyes location and we were not disappointed.The food was hot and delicious. The pieces of chicken are small and lightly seasoned. They’re definitely not worth the price. HOWEVER, the bright side and highlight of my experience today was that Ariel has the absolute best manners and customer service!!! Ariel gets 5 stars and needs a raise!

I had to wait 20 minutes and spend 25 bucks and basically have about half our dinner either wrong or just missing? Absolutely appalling. This is not somewhere you go past lunchtime. They are great at lunch. But this was a pathetic dinner showing. No sides no sauces and the blackened sandwiches were dry and pathetic. The food shouldn’t be this poor at prime dinner time hours. Do better. Avoid this place past noon

We’ve tried giving this place a chance 3 times..the worst fast food experience EVER! We’ve ordered ahead, shown up on time and my husband waited an hour still for chicken strips! lol every time we’ve gone the staff is insanely rude and act like you’re inconveniencing them. The last time we went we got someone else’s order (i got Williams order, my name is Amanda) Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else

The worst location I’ve been to. Every time I’ve been the order is wrong. Order a spicy chicken sandwich and they give you a mayonnaise sandwich with a piece of chicken. And don’t even bother going back to the store or even calling to get it corrected. The staff doesn’t care.

Best location of you ask me. The manager April is such a a kind and sweet lady. I choose Popeyes over all the fast food in the area because of her and her employees.

Trash service literally waited over an hour just for the kid to say he forgot to ring something up and if I can come inside and re-order. Waited for another 30 minutes after re-ordering and I had to tell the lady at the front what I wanted again because they forgot so I just walked out. Manager was too busy with his shirt button down halfway showing his chest hair, working on the cashier machine the whole time not acknowledging the five people standing in front of him telling people to hold on. He must be getting paid by the hour.

Super staff working that evening. It was quite chilling outside and I had to wait on my order. And when I saw the young lady come out with it and had no coat I hurried to meet her at the door and she told me I didn't have to do that she was just sorry I had to wait.
