0 stars. Raggedy equipment that breaks down adter less than 2 years. Supervisor not helpful at all with horrible attitude. It’s a shame the elderly are done this way

This company sucks . They are delivering used products to the patients and charges the insurance company for new items they need to be shut down. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AND IF YOU HAVE THEN CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND FILL THEM IN ON WHAT'S GOING ON.

No return policy! My mom had some things shipped to her in Sept. I called in Oct and said she doesn’t need them. They said they would call me back with instructions. No call back. I called today and they said Sorry. No returns. Bad customer service!
