Been getting my meds here at this location since my Heart Attack 2 years ago and for the most part everything has been fine. Until they messed up on refilling one of my (HAVE TO TAKE) prescriptions one day and I gave them hell for it over the phone and it was left up to me to straighten it out between my doctors office and them causing way to much stress on me.Today, I go inside to pick up my wife's prescription that we got an email saying was already filled and ready, and as I approach the counter, The lady was busy with another customer so I waited in line noticing another man with a cart talking to another publix employee, whom leaves with and goes down one of the other isles. I wait until the lady finishes with the other patient and they leave so I start to step up to the counter and she greets me by saying good morning, meanwhile the guy with the cart steps around the corner off to the side as I start my conversation with the lady. She rudely interrupts me looking at the man with the cart and says "I think he was here first". I look back at him and he's throwing his hand up shaking his head saying go ahead. So i proceed to start my conversation over again announcing why I'm there, and she rudely interrupts me again asking "Are you sure?" to the Man with cart.I know this may sound kind of stupid, but all of this sort of rudeness made me feel like I was the one in the wrong. Like I was breaking in line. The other man stepped away with his cart, in otherwards he left the line. INSTEAD of him going back to the side where he was, he should have filed back in line like the rest of us whom waited patiently. Instead of interrupting me two times, she should have at least asked me if it were ok for her to take care of the man with the cart first. At least acknowledging that I was in the right by being next in line since he stepped away.My guess is this lady (Carol is the name on my receipt) does this on a regular basis because it's clear she has CHOICE patients whom she'd rather help no matter when they arrive in the line or on the side.Rudeness is Not acceptable. I WILL and CAN make a scene next time.

I'm just here for the cod filet in the deli. I don't know who seasons it but y'all.... get them to drop you a fresh order and thank me later. The sizes vary but of they are so good. Crispy crust but felt in your mouth center. Eat it with your favorite side or if you're like me, slap that baby between to slices of bread and go in.

I feel like they discriminate based on type of medication. I’m still waiting for a prescription that was due yesterday. They promise it’ll be ready tomorrow tho. No good answer as to why. My dr has even contacted them about this error. Still don’t know what the reason is behind this. Other than the type of medication it is automatically suggests the worst kind of person I guess.

The past 6 or so months this pharmacy has continued to get my meds to me later and later after called in by doctor. They are now taking 3 to 4 days to fill prescriptions after called in. I will not be using them anymore as they are messing with life threatening conditions by not filling prescriptions in a timely manner.

Fantastic example of the is chain. Helpful people everywhere. Clean. Spacious. Stocked. I need a cold bag due to being far from home. Employee walked me over to the are, stayed and chatted with me about the bags until I made my selection and then saw items out of place and gladly fixed them. Nice.

They are obviously very busy but I’ve had nothing but pleasant interactions with everyone who works there. It’s a breath of fresh air compared to other pharmacies I’ve used.

We are new to Georgia but not new to Publix. The staff is always friendly & helpful. The store is always clean and well stocked. I’ve had a pleasant experience every time we’ve shopped here.

Over the last year this place has gone downhill... Idk what the issues is, but they constantly contradict one another and do not communicate clearly with customers. I have been mis or under-informed several times by them lately, but what really gets me is when your upset or worried for good reason about something going on with your child's medicine they are impolite and sometimes down right rude or condescending about it. There has only been one pharmacist lately that is always kind and courteous. I wish I knew her name... Please Publix work on your bed-side manner!

I switched to this pharmacy this year after using Kroger for almost 10 years. I have had attitude from two people that work here. Almost consistently from a woman with an English Accent. She is new at this store and keeps arguing with me over policies that are clearly stated on the app and the website or she contradicts what the pharmacist has told me directly. She always apologizes but it seriously making me want to go to a different Publix. Apparently this time, the pick up option on the app that says, "If you feel unwell or can't come inside the store, please call the pharmacy before you arrive to arrange for pickup assistance." isn't really a policy unless you have covid. Which is not stated on the prepaid pickup information at all.

I had the worst experience here at the bakery than I have ever had at any other store. I worked at Publix for 8 years and my mother was a bakery manager for 16 years. I am a publix snob and refuse to get my birthday cakes anywhere else! I learned my lesson this year. I ordered my son’s 5th birthday cake over a week in advance and I went in Saturday about 15 minutes after the time I indicated on the order to pick up the cake. When I went to the bakery they had no idea what cak
