Placed order on Quality Carpets’ website. Once delivery window had passed, I called the customer service line for an update. I learned that the store was unaware my order existed, the store does not have access to their Shopify profile, and that the item I’d ordered had been out of stock for two years (despite showing as available on the website). I now have to hunt down my own refund and have wasted three weeks securing my materials. I would highly advise against working with this company.

I just can't say enough good things about this company. The flooring looks amazing and we ran into some difficulties but they worked to ensure the job was done perfectly. They went above and beyond and i will definitely be using them again for all my flooring needs. Thank you Quality Carpets!

Fantastic company! We had a horrible experience with another flooring company and we decided to call quality carpets for help. They exceeded our expectations. I’m very thankful for and impressed with the Quality Carpets team. They recently installed new carpets throughout my home. Their prices are very fair, they got the carpet quickly and put me right on the schedule. We had one small mishap with a piece of furniture during installation and the Quality Carpets teams went above and beyond to make the situation right. This is the difference when working with a small business over a large corporation- this team cares and stands by their word. Wonderful people, wonderful quality carpets, great prices. They also refinish hardwoods if you need them too. We will be back for another flooring project. Thank you!

The nicest people work here. They came right out to measure for flooring to be installed as promised. They have me on the schedule to have floors installed soon....I will update a photo after the install is complete.
