I have had a great experience working with SSB. The customer service provided by Brandi is one in a million as you do not get honest and specific details from regular customer service departments now a days. Brandi goes above and beyond to help our company with any inquiries. I thank SSB for hiring someone like Brandi who is knowledgeable and has amazing people's skills. She is reliable; her response time to inquiries is never longer than the same day and her assurance and empathy make the call worthwhile. Thank you Brandi !!

5/25/22: Called today to tell SSB that I need more $2s. Turns out Brandi was gonna call me today. The amount I wanted is what they left put away. That’s why I really appreciate them. I love this bank! We switched from a large bank to Southern States over a year ago and we have been exceptionally happy. The level of service at Southern States far exceeds what we experienced with a large bank. The staff and management are top notch and they are very efficient, courteous and customer service oriented. The personal service you receive at this bank cannot be matched. We are very, very happy customers of Southern States Bank!

I had to stop a fraud wire transfer , only had 1 hr from time bank closes on a Friday 4PM . They stop the wire and unlike most people got my Money back. Were can you get service like that???? I love the staff always friendly..
