I don't even know where to start with the praise that I have for Kevin. He went above and beyond the Call of Duty to help me get everything set up for my stepmother after my dad's passing.

I lost my wallet. I ordered a replacement card on Dec. 21, 2022. Today is 02/10/2023. I still have no card and no way to access my account. I have left 3 messages for Kevin Graham at the bank. I have no yet received a call back. Very poor customer service.

I put a deposit in and 4 days later its still not in my account. However, if you make a transaction, they are quick to take it out. All positive reviews are fake.
