Mostly involving the fraud department either closing down access when they should not have and NOT closing it down when they should have. Trust me when I say both scenarios were devastating. Misty Price at this Regions Bank location has been the one shining light through this whole disaster! She is calm, respectful, listens to the whole problem. Fixes what she can and gives great advice on how to proceed when she can not fix it herself. She is a long time associate and truly an asset to this bank and our community.
