I have about 3-4 UPS stores within my reach and I must say this location is the best out of them all. Everyone is so friendly and always willing to assist. When visiting this location, you will always receive top tier customer service whether it’s with Amazon returns, shipping of items, print jobs, passport photos, and anything in between. This is my go to location!

hours online and on door read open at 8 am. Arrived 8:30 am today and still waiting at 8:47….clearly customers and service do not matter at this location. I have watched multiple cars come and go and people in frustration.

I have returned shoes here 3 times. Each time I’ve had issues with my shoes actually leaving thus location and making it back to the merchant. The last time was a pair of Nikes, and I’ve been arguing with the store owner since 9/7/2024. Neither Nike or UPS or UPS Capital have been any assistance. I’m out $145.. while someone at that store or a UPS driver is wearing my shoes. OnCloud was the other merchant, and they corrected the issue immediately.. stated to stay away from UPS satellite stores.

Employees seems like they do not wish to work. Brought in two Amazon returns, one labeled and one not. At other UPS stores, they've printed labels for me, but this one refused and kept making it a point that package "NEEDED TO BE SEALED". The employee told me this twice, after I informed me that I had tape in the car and would seal it. Very condescending behavior, and acted very entitled.

Horrible customer service, worst I have ever experienced at any UPS store! The “owner” Lisa is awful. I ask can I use some tape to tape the top part of my box. She like next time your package need be taped up. That's no way talk to nobody at all. I hope this store go out of business. They think convenience will be enough to keep them busy and seem to careless about customer service but there are so many ups stores around this area with better service. I would go to another UPS Store that have better customer service. UPS STORE #7648 IS THE WORST STORE IN DALLAS, GA..

Make sure if you have an Amazon Customer pack return that it is fully taped closed. Was charged $2.50 for their “packing service” that required them to tape the box I provided closed.

I thought all UPS stores had the same policy. I asked for a piece of tape (about 1ft) to finish closing up my box, they stated they have to charge me $2.50 to do so.

I do not live near this store. My dad has been put on hospice and was not going to be able to use the wheel chair that was purchased from Amazon. I drove an hour away where he lives to return it, the owner was very curt, the top of the box was not taped, she said right here I see a issue you did not tape the box, you can pay $2.50 to put tape on and fix your box, or you can pay $4.99 and buy a roll of tape, or you can go home and tape it. Due to the fact I was trying to hold back tears from the situation, I paid the $2.50. She didn't even give me a chance to say anything. I will from now on go back to my area and use my ups store where I do not feel like I am being shamed for no tape. She even complained about something Amazon did on the box. Next time, take time to talk to your customers and find out what's going on in others' world. Besides trying to make a dollar.
