Just watched my mail delivery lady roll up to my mailbox and dump my package out of the truck, onto the curb and drive away. She could have easily walked it up to my gate and set it over the fence. Literally a four foot walk. Fortunately I was home and was able to retrieve it before someone walked away with it. She didn't even set it on ground...literally pushed it out the door and let it drop.

The girl driver who always delivers our packages constantly throws them on our porch. If you’re too lazy to walk you’ve got the wrong job. This isn’t the first time this specific person has done something like this.

The mail carriers will not attempt to deliver packages. Instead they state the shipping address is incorrect and the package gets sent back to the original shipper. They have done it with several packages. I’ll try my best to use UPS to avoid packages being processed at this location.

If I could give them no stars I would. This location sent my package to the wrong address,when I ask for documentation stating that, they informed me that has personal information on it. I said like my personal info you gave to the wrong person. I not asking for their address just proof of your mistake. She still said no when I ask her to write to post master's name and number down. She informed me she would not and I could remember it. This is just one of many times these women have treated my husband and myself like this. They are rude, entitled, and do not care about customers. They never solve any problems or do they care to. They are so lazy. I have never seen a post office operated this way. It's sad these people take no responsibility or accountability for their actions. I didn't ask them to loose my package, they did themselves. But it's my job to just be okay with giving my money away.

Had the delivery driver for our mail drive by our couldisac completely today, then later report our mailbox was blocked? When there nothing near our mailbox at all. Start checking your lazy drivers.

I’ve been waiting for a package for 2 weeks. It was supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. Still haven’t gotten it. The mail person put it in the wrong box, won’t answer their phone, so now it won’t be fixed until tomorrow. Absolutely awful customer service. Truly horrible. I’m so over it. I’ve gone back and forth with them for 3 days for this to happen after being told the mail carrier would fix the issue.

I have complained multiple times about my mail not being delivered. they said the employee though we were squatters... i told them that was not any of her concerned i showed my id and my forward address after multiple complains I am still missing my mail and checks mailed to me all of them go missing its been months no one in the office seems to care. if someone cashes those checks I will be showing up with the police bc its getting too suspicious.

I truly truly wish they was a shipping alternative. Since moving to Dallas. They’ve lost my mail every week and delivered my package elsewhere and with no explanation no recourse. They do not care. This entire office needs to start being held liable and accountable. They should be ashamed of themselves. As you read the other comments you see this is a theme at this particular location. Shame on them.

I went to this post office for my job and it has to be the slowest post office I have ever been in. There were two workers and neither one of them was in a hurry. My transaction literally took a second and I waited about 30 minutes with only one person ahead of me. Before I left the line was out the door. Those people will probably be there until closing time waiting. Lazy lazy! I do not recommend this post office if you were in a hurry.

Lots of parking, lots of PO boxes. You can drop off mail inside or at the blue box drive through. I've only ever experienced a long wait near Christmas time.

Drivers are lazy . Don’t even try to put mail in the mail box . We literally watched her shake her head and drive away . She had more than enough clearance to reach her hand out her door and put the mail in the mailbox. God forbid people do their job correctly.
