I had an 11x14 photo made. Half of it was cut off. I was told by the clerk that I had to choose which half I wanted in the picture. They couldn't do the entire photo. That's ridiculous, I know how to edited to get the entire picture. I have had thousands of photos printed at Walgreens. I wasted my money on this one.

The pharmacy is non professional and being placed on a long hold means you will be disconnected. No more Walgreens for me.

Please do not waste your time with this Walgreens pharmacy. Put plainly, their customer service and care for their customers is non-existent. For two years we have consistently had issues with our prescriptions and have had to go on a hunt for our medication elsewhere. Today we were told a prescription was ready for pickup...when we arrived, we were told we couldn't pick up the medication due to a cyberattack that effected a satellite that controls their internal system. In an effort to show that their hands are tied, they are giving this excuse to customers and customers are walking away without the medication they need. This truly demonstrates how awful their level of care and service is. We had to go inside and ask the manager to find a workaround to make it possible for us to simply get our medication, which magically somehow happened when we didn't accept their cyberattack explanation.
Please take your prescriptions elsewhere.

THESE PEOPLE WORKING IN PHARMACY ARE TOTALLY STUPID AND YOU ARE ALWAYS ON HOLD FOR THE LONGEST TIME. NEVER HAD PROBLEM WHEN I LIVED IN LAWRENCEVILLE AT THAT WALGREENS. WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS FOR SLOWNESS!!!!

This is the best Walgreens in Paulding County. I have called and traveled to every location in this county trying to find the prescription my doctor prescribed me, so that it can be sent to a pharmacy that has it in store. Although they didn’t have the prescription here, the customer service made up for everything. Very very very professional, clean, structured and organized compared to the others in Paulding County. Thank you to the night shift crew (the young black lady & man at register) for your hospitality, it calmed me down cause I definitely was frustrated! lol

Do not come to this store and use Fed Ex drop off. They do not know what they are doing and will hold your package for DAYS if there is some that needs to be fixed on it. Time sensitive stuff DO NOT go there.

Alyssa at the print desk was AMAZING! Helped me cut my picture till it was the perfect size and even hand cut them! Great Customer service will definitely always print from this location !!

My son's doctor said if he doesn't start taking his steroid that his croup could put him in the ER tonight because croup gets worse at night. His RX was phoned in at 10:30 am. At 11:30 she said he'd "certainly have it before the evening" but it's 1:45 & they still don't have it ready and the close for an hour for lunch. Meaning, when they get back at 2:30 PM... They may or may not work on it. Then we're approaching evening time. He could have had two doses by then and if we end up in the hospital tonight, I will blame this Walgreens. I'm not happy.

The pharmacy at this location is awful! They take forever to fill anything! The one we went to before we moved here could fill a prescription in less than an hour. This pharmacy consistently takes longer than 3 hours to fill anything.
