I went to Wells Fargo to apply for a personal loan(the minimum amount allowed). I was DENIED!! I have been with Wells Fargo ever since it was First Union. I have been a loyal customer for about 33 years!!! Not only is my acct. with them, but also my children and husband. Put it this way, all of our financials are with Wells Fargo. To be denied, I was greatly disappointed with Wells Fargo!!! I WAS ASK MY WHOLE LIFE HISTORY LITERALLY !!!!!!! At one point, I felt some of the questions he was asking me were to personal! The MINIMUM amount is what I was asking for!! You would think I was asking for 30,000 with all the questions!!! I went across the street to LGE Credit Union, opened up a checking/savings acct, and was approved for a loan with no problem!!! I was in and out in about a hour!!!! I was asked for a current check stubb, identification, and a couple of other small things. Thanks but no thanks Wells Fargo, YOU WILL BE LOSING A LOYAL CUSTOMER.

This Wells Fargo location has the worst customer service. The bankers there are useless and don't care about their customers.

TERRIBLE customer service. Multiple fraudulent transactions that drained my account and put it in the negative. Branch in Dallas Ga told me the same thing customer service did. Pretty much OH WELL. You might get the money back in 10 days. I’ve been with this bank since it was First Union. Never thought they would let my account be drained and not get the money back to me right then. They truly do not put the customer first. They have gone down hill in the past few years.

Rebecca needs to be fired! After the way she was so nasty to my friend, who was trying to DEPOSIT into my account not WITHDRAW, and she accused her of trying to steal from me. This is not banking policy and her rude nature is bad for business. Honestly, i was appalled after receiving great service from here for months!

I am currently sitting at a loan officer’s desk while I am having papers faxed to your mortgage department. I am also observing other employees in relations to the COVID 19 guidelines. My rep is wearing a mask plus a glass barrier on her desk. The rep next to is is doing the same. Great! However there have been office employees who have come from their office without a mask and have not been 6 feet apart in passing. There is a teller at the end window farthest from the door who has not wore a mash since I have been in the building. I see the glass barriers, however a mask is still needed due to the openings between the stations. I also work in financial services and we are REQUIRED to have one on no matter what, if we refuse we have to leave wo hour pay. It is for safety of our being as well as everyone else, even those we don’t know! Get it together Wells Fargo!

While no one is perfect, these ladies and gentlemen do a VERY good job. They are always friendly and willing to help. You can't please everyone, but they do their best. I prefer this location over another location that is closer to me. I work with other banking institutions and Wells Fargo is better than the rest!

I went here to try to get some paperwork notarized, there was only one notary available. That’s fine. I went to her I can’t remember her name but she has a short hair cut and sits in the middle. She refused to notarize my paperwork because I had previously signed one of the papers. I know that it is perfectly acceptable to allow the customer to sign beside the signature. I feel like she was just trying to give me a hard time. I went somewhere else and they did it with no problem. Maybe you should teach your employees to treat everyone equally.

The Drive Thru representative Samantha is always so pleasant and professional. She always greets me by my name, before I even send her my information. This means a lot, that she takes the time to remember my name. She always ask if there is anything else she can do for me. I always enjoy coming to this Branch!!
